15/12/2025: A great find, both for the unique menu and the location. The ingredients are excellent, and the "non-classic" starters on the specialty menu are delicious. The service is reliable and accurate. I'm not a local, but I'd go back for lunch.

16/11/2025: Spectacular lunch with friends in Zagarolo! Traditional Roman and Abruzzo cuisine, but also some well-chosen variations. The cheese, tripe, and coratella meatballs were exceptional. After a delicious glass of red wine, I continued with homemade mushroom pasta and a Romanesco broccoli with garlic, oil, and chili pepper sauce that was a delight. I also tried some of the tagliata my partner had, and I loved it. The homemade desserts were delicious. I tried the tiramisu and the Marsala zabaglione, which were truly delicious. The head waiter was very attentive and courteous. There's ample parking on the access road to Zagarolo, then an elevator and two flights of stairs lead to the upper dining room. Otherwise, you can park on the upper street and access it directly from there. We'll be happy to return; there were several items on the menu I'd have liked to try, including the queue.
