19/09/2025: Special because you don't have to book when you arrive if there is room you come in otherwise you wait at 9.15pm who is inside eats who is outside GOODBYE is the only rule for the rest you eat a lot and well and you pay little
16/09/2025: Everything is delicious, very reasonably priced, and the portions are generous and traditional, homemade.
Highly recommended!!

27/07/2025: The house antipasto was excellent and plentiful, the pizza was very good, a generous size, thin and crispy, and excellent in flavor. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was VERY good, and the service was courteous and prompt. In the summer heat, the sparkling wine on tap was definitely a welcome treat. See you soon!!!
09/06/2025: As for the experience in this place, it is definitely not to be repeated. We are only talking about the pizza product consumed in this restaurant, obviously nothing else that I cannot judge. The product is presented in small dimensions that immediately gave the impression of being little more than a cheap focaccia but with the same cost as a normal-sized pizza, with a dough that is too biscuity to seem little similar to what one would expect from a traditional pizza. Friendly staff.

26/08/2025: This restaurant has been closed for a long time. Despite this, they regularly take reservations for this restaurant. Then, an hour before your scheduled lunch/dinner, you're told to go to another restaurant (Officina del Gusto), which isn't at Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini 11 but at Via Trento 7, and which is completely different from the photos and location shown in this description. I find this behavior truly unfair and deceptive towards customers, and I don't understand how booking sites still accept it.
06/08/2025: Very disappointing,
Location has changed so it’s no longer near the castle.
The food was medium! The carbonara was unbeatable, they burnt the bacon so bad that it gave the whole dish a bitter burnt fat taste.
The Cacio e Pepe was swimming in Parmesan cream with almost no Pepe and very “commercial”.
The lam was fatty and salty with some nice bites
The courgette flowers tasted like mozzarella sticks with ( a lot of) anchovies
Some good things,
The eggplant Parmesan was nice, good sauce and full of eggplant taste! The dough for the fried pizza special was delicious.
There’s some nice potential there and the owner and staff were trying very hard to accommodate but the kitchen is just not good enough

Very disappointing
We didn’t finish three of the dishes and left with no desert
