07/03/2024: German motorhome tourists came to this place more by chance (via Google maps). It was a very nice stay with a perfect meal in a nice, pleasant trattoria. The service was very friendly and possible in English. The lady of the house was from Germany and was able to give us perfect recommendations for the food. All in all, a wonderful evening there and highly recommended.

11/03/2024: Yesterday I had lunch at this place for the first time. Prices are on average high, but you pay for the quality and I found everything incredibly delicious. Cappelletti in broth as per tradition, as well as tagliatelle. The rabbit was excellent (I think the best I have ever tasted to date) and the gratins. If you like macaroons and caramel, for dessert order "Margot", so delicious that I had to make an encore. Very friendly staff, portion size ok.
10/03/2024: A place near the sea where you can eat the classic Romagna cuisine very well. The location is not very large, but you find yourself eating as if you were at your grandmother's house. Enrica exceptionally manages the room, making sure that the diners are satisfied and dictating the cooking times. Appetizer with local cured meats, croutons and fried gnocco. First courses of various types and condiments (excellent tagliatelle with meat sauce). Very good sliced and grilled. I always went with large tables and agreed with Enrica on the menu, so I wouldn't know what she would then propose a la carte. Certainly a place where you can eat very well and always be welcomed and served with a smile, whether with 20 people to serve or 100 people to serve.

25/04/2024: We always gladly return to this historic restaurant in Civitella because it feels like being at home. The courtesy of the owner and the cleanliness of the place are impeccable. Very varied menu with delicious homemade pasta. The cut is excellent.

14/02/2024: In Piazza del Duca a Bertinoro, bellissimo paesino sulle colline romagnole, esiste questa realtà di cucina casalinga che ti fa ritornare a vecchi sapori. Gentilezza e disponibilità sono di casa. Una varietà nel menù, fatto alla buona, eccezionale. Non saprei indicare il piatto migliore tutti di grande spessore. Fate una gita in questo bellissimo paesino e vi stupirete della gentilezza e cordialità dei loro abitanti. Pro Loco in testa. Consigliatissimo. Soprattutto anche nel prezzo.

Discovered by chance with a friend, on a motorbike weekend 🏍️ in the hills, becoming a point of reference for evenings in the company of friends, driving licenses, and work colleagues.
From the appetizer to the dessert, a riot of flavor thanks to the excellent top quality products.
Their castrato wakes up the dead!!
Maximum attention to the customer, constant, on any day, from the quietest midweek (never seen less than half the place empty to date) up to the weekend where the tables are full to capacity: the staff, led by Mr. Romeo, does everything to never let anyone lack anything!
The only sore point: I live in Bologna, and the distance that separates me from RoncoFreddo doesn't allow me to be at the restaurant almost every evening!!!!!

19/03/2024: Tried and failed...very expensive and to say that it is a bar-restaurant....there is the fact that the raw material has increased and all the blah blah blah of circumstance, but to be objective, but really frank, come on but forget it... .no comment, only the service of the waiters with the finger included in the dishes. Covid has not taught you anything. Poor dishes for an easy-going trattoria on the hills. Now they are all trattorias, with dilapidated rooms, all humble and then they make you pay as if I were in a 4 star rental....byeeeee
05/03/2024: The brustlon is a certainty, everything excellent, Florentine exceptional. The trained and friendly staff from the dining room to the kitchen. Absolutely recommended.

01/09/2023: A private place in the greenery where you can spend relaxing hours
20/08/2023: Come già descritto, Ferragosto "fantozziano". Piscina e locale immerso nella natura, quindi con grande potenziale lasciato ad una gestione familiare dove regnano disorganizzazione e confusione totale. Arrivati alle 10 all'apertura dei cancelli fanno pagare subito ingresso a 9€/persona (senza lettino con sistemazione sul prato) e pranzo con menú fisso a 35€/testa compreso di antipasti, primo, secondo, dolce e bevande. Alle 12 la piscina era già molto affollata, quindi decidiamo di uscire e ci dirigiamo al bar per un aperitivo e ci serve una signora anziana che purina neanche sa fare i drink, le abbiamo dovuto dire noi come farli. Già qui comincia la "soap opera"! Alle 13 ci dirigiamo ai tavoli allestiti nel boschetto (come ci era stato detto dai gestori), ma l'antipasto viene recapitato solo alle 14 (i bambini erano affamati!) con un piatto ogni 4/5 persone compreso di frittata, qualche zucchina e qualche mezzo crostino a dir poco immangiabile! Dopo piú di mezz'ora arriva il primo: strozzapreti con pomodorini e pinoli. Porzioni imbarazzanti! Fila incredibile per porzioni ridicole. La gente ha cominciato a lamentare la disorganizzazione e chiedere il rimborso! Molti non sono neanche riusciti a mangiare nulla!! Alle 15 inoltrate arriva al tavolo del buffet qualche salsiccia, dei wurstel (le costine e pancette saranno state 20 a dir tanto e sono andate a ruba subito) e patate al forno praticamente crude! Le persone hanno cominciato ad accalcarsi e servirsi in autonomia inquanto non c'era neanche il numero di personale adeguato alle 100 e passa di clienti da servire. Il tutto conclusosi con l'arrivo dei carabinieri e parte del personale che è scappato via in fretta e furia probabilmente perché non erano neanche in regola. Insomma una disavventura che a noi è costata 132€ e che sconsiglio a tutti!! Sicuramente la compagnia di amici ha fatto la differenza e non posso dire che sia stata una brutta giornata perché comunque grazie a loro ci siamo divertiti, ma non posso dire lo stesso del posto!! Certe attività si portano avanti solo con l'esperienza, la buona volontà e l'organizzazione! Qui non ci siamo proprio!!!!
