10/08/2024: We took the imperial crudo for 4 people. Everything seems quite fresh except the sea truffles which smell rotten.
Obviously we didn't eat them and despite reporting to the waiters, who confirmed the bad rotten smell, the owner didn't want to acknowledge the spoiled food for 4 people.
Not recommended for me.
02/08/2024: All good, delicious dishes presented in an excellent way... it's a shame that the service isn't the fastest
