12/10/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of Novilara, with excellent food and very friendly staff.
09/10/2025: Although the menu isn't particularly varied, the dishes are truly high-quality. The first courses are very good, both in terms of the sauce and the pasta, and the second courses feature well-cooked meat.
The atmosphere is very simple, with seating both inside and outside on a small terrace (open only in the summer).
There's plenty of parking nearby and a splendid view from the town walls, perfect for a post-meal stroll.
The service was very friendly and quick.

12/10/2025: Excellent food in a charming setting. If I had to find a criticism, it would be that there is not much choice for vegetarians, but the ricotta and spinach ravioli are simply divine.

07/06/2025: Abbiamo avuto una bruttissima esperienza con il servizio, in particolare un cameriere ha avuto un atteggiamento abbastanza scostante e maleducato
19/05/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà al ristorante a Novilara, ho deciso di provare la sede del Pergolato al mare; il posto è curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma la cosa più importante di tutte è il fatto che i piatti siano assolutamente all’altezza e con gli stessi sapori della storica sede del pergolato a Novilara.
Ci ritornerò al più presto!!
