03/05/2025: Tourists who like to eat well have a problem with Italy of expectation/reality. Lately it is easy to access very good Italian food in any large city, so we come with a demanding palate and it is easy to get frustrated, even going to places recommended either by well-known guides or by local diners. Thanks to the Monti team for serving authentic, fresh, unpretentious, and delicious food. It is the only pasta of my entire trip to Italy in which I did not have to ask for cheese because it was impossible to improve the dish as it was served. Congratulations everyone! That said, they could improve the coffee which was hot and a little bitter. I hope to return soon :)
