16/09/2025: This evening I discovered Sauris&borc da Bria, a true Friulian restaurant at Via Pietro Toselli 2, a crossroads of Via Padova. The quaint decor helps you relive the old Friulian taverns. Upon entering, you immediately notice a delicious aroma that whets your appetite. I had the rabbit with puree, a delight for the palate, accompanied by masterfully sautéed wild herbs and sweet and sour onions. I savored everything slowly; it's not so easy to rediscover the flavors of the past. I finished with a hot Gubana soaked in slivovec. The friendly owner recommended it, and it's a worthy choice to end a wonderful dinner. The bill was super fair, highly recommended, and a great dinner!

14/09/2025: Bad experience.
The dishes we received were very bland, and when we politely asked for salt to add, we were denied because "the dishes served CANNOT be altered." I find this unacceptable: rude staff and tasteless, characterless dishes.
The tables were dirty.
We paid too much for the overall experience. Plus, the POS was disconnected...
We won't be returning.
22/08/2025: The food is almost disgusting. Friulian cuisine is something else, completely different! The host is truly embarrassing and, above all, racist (according to him, Friulians are superior to everyone else)! Small children are not accepted! Extremely high prices. A tourist trap. It happens once, but not twice.
