23/03/2026: A dinner for two to sample Friulian dishes. Everything was good. The portions were perhaps a little on the small side. The service was kind and friendly. The place is small, so it can be difficult to find a table. Reservations are recommended.

23/03/2026: This place was truly a wonderful discovery. Its location is ideal: a quiet corner just steps from one of the city's busiest streets. Upon entering, you find yourself in a small space (I recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner), but it's very well-kept and comfortable. The menu features a few home-style dishes, perfectly prepared yet elegant. The desserts are homemade and absolutely worth trying. The service is also excellent. As for the prices, while you might expect a little less, in my opinion, besides being worth it, you have to consider the overall offering.

01/04/2026: A very authentic restaurant. The pasta is excellent and the portions are generous. Reservations are highly recommended; it's well worth it.

25/03/2026: I had just arrived in Trieste, and was immediately greeted with kindness and excellent dishes. The goulash was the highlight, but also the chocolate and chili pepper cake (gluten-free, a rarity). All this, surrounded by the history of Italian theater. A must-try! (I don't have a photo of the excellent food, but I do have a photo of my guru Valerio Lundini at his restaurant.)
