20/01/2026: Arrived at opening. Asked if we’d booked for an empty restaurant. We hadn’t. Couldn’t accomodate us on opening in an empty restaurant. 0 out of five would not recommend.

30/01/2026: Frico PHENOMENAL!!!
The goulash starter was no exception. It was the most interesting culinary experience I've had in Trieste. The staff was also incredibly friendly.
I can't wait to stop by again.
