12/03/2025: I've just been for lunch, I was here for a visit and we stopped to eat we only had the first courses, a pasta and potatoes and 2 gratin pastas, unfortunately I have to say terrible... They say they say Neapolitan cuisine but they don't know what Neapolitan cuisine is, I'm sorry but that's the way it is, we left all the inedibles, and therefore 3 first courses, a coca cola and a bottle of water €30.... The worst spent

08/03/2025: Fragrant and genuine Neapolitan cuisine. Friendly and familiar service. No frills environment, good for a work lunch break

02/02/2025: Everything good except the price. An average of 33 euros per person is strange for a restaurant that offers the most typical and low budget Italian food: pizza. Yes, for goodness sake, beers, coke, chips and dessert aside... here you can see the high cost of living. I still lived with a 25 each in mind with pizza, coke, chips and dessert. The chips are 6 euros! The average coke 0.4 is 4.90. ....the rest just see the photos. Maybe it's not even Rosso Pomodoro's fault. Going out is expensive. Italian restaurant first and foremost. For goodness sake, everything is good. Anyway, crazy escalation in prices in recent years/decades.

22/02/2025: Posto adatto a chi non e’ napoletano e non richiede un servizio almeno medio. Posto idoneo per nutrirsi ma non per soddisfare il palato Le pietanza non sono fatte come da tradizione partenopea. Le pietanze imbottite sono scarsissime di imbottitura ma piene di lievito, burro etc ( es gateu di patate, babba rusico, casatiello….) . Non sono mai serviti alla giusta temperatura. Le polpette fredde. La pasta riscaldata. Il pane congelato Se non ami mangiare bene e quindi non sei napoletano allora puoi andarci anche perché il prezzo e’ completamente fuori dal mercato Tre polpette fredde al sugo, una porzione di scarole riscaldate nel fornetto ( chissa fatte quanti giorni prima ) pane stantio e con la mollica congelata ed un caffè riscaldato di bassisima qualità e pessimo sapore…. 35 euro!!!!! A proposito…: Vogliamo parlare della genialata del caffe fatto nella moka?? Anche qui una furbizia per risparmiare costi a danno del cliente. Il caffè fatto nella moka e’ per chi ama il caffe buono . Invece cosa fanno… lo fanno si nella moka ma poi lo riscaldano nel forno a microonde finche non finisce la moka. Quindi il sapore e’ completamente alterato Io da napoletana non lo consiglio questo posto Ho cercato in questi anni di dargli fiducia in piu di una occasione. L ultima volta mi sono detta mai e mai piu! Che lo sappiano tutti!!
