15/12/2025: I discovered Ginkgo during this trip, and it was a truly delightful surprise. I'm from Taiwan, and I often eat Japanese food and sushi there. I'm quite particular about the freshness of ingredients and the preparation, but this restaurant's experience was on par with other Asian restaurants. Although it's an All You Can Eat restaurant, I must emphasize this point—every dish is made to order, not pre-made and stored. Whether it's sushi or other hot dishes, you can taste the care put into them. The flavors are delicate, the presentation is handcrafted, and there are even some creative touches. Many people worry that all-you-can-eat meals will have lower quality, but that's not the case here at all. The ingredients are fresh, the service is consistent, and the plating is beautiful, making for a very comfortable dining experience. For this quality, the price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. No wonder the online reviews are so positive. If you enjoy Japanese food or sushi, Ginkgo is definitely worth a try. I highly recommend it!

01/03/2026: I went yesterday with my family (2 children) and some friends. The food was very good and the service was absolutely impeccable. They always kept us updated on the timing of the various dishes. The most precious thing was the patience and hospitality they showed our children, who wandered between the tables during lunch, looking at the fish under the floor. Thank you so much.

12/12/2025: I'm not arguing with the food, it's very good. But, quite simply, if you can't meet delivery times (which are already very long), you should have the honesty to remove yourself from delivery platforms. And I also find it very unpleasant not to have tracking for my order.

22/02/2026: The best value I've found in all-you-can-eat restaurants. Reservations are recommended, but you can do it in seconds on their website. It takes a bit of patience to receive your food. Recommended for those like me who care about substance!

18/02/2026: I had a great time. The waiters are very kind, the dishes come out quickly and are plentiful, just enough to fill you up, and they're also delicious. At the end, we were offered Chinese grappa and a bottle of water, which doesn't happen often... I didn't have any excessive cravings that night. I would go back.

13/12/2025: I'm a regular customer, and this place is truly exceptional. The staff is really friendly, and the food isn't delivered immediately, but it's prepared with love. The sushi is fresh and excellent quality. The price is average. I love it. I'll never go back.

10/01/2026: I love sushi and have eaten in various restaurants in Padua and the province but this one is special for its quality, variety in the menu choice, courtesy of the staff and more than acceptable price.

27/12/2025: After the restaurant's renovation and change of management, the food quality plummeted. The tables, floors, and the overall aesthetics of the place have improved. However, between the plastic plates, albeit thick, and the slight menu changes, my favorite all-you-can-eat sushi place, where you can always be sure of a good choice, has become a "modern" sushi place, but without the substance of the quality food it once was.

15/06/2025: No dine in option. I got egg noodles with picanto sauce. Taste was good for me. But in my opinion oil was too much. For lunch Price was reasonable

14/02/2026: We arrived at 7:30 PM and left at 11:00 PM without receiving even half of our ordered dishes. After hours of waiting at our table, the staff not only never approached us except to quickly and hastily take our dishes away, but they didn't even bother to look at us, and when they did, they seemed annoyed. Only after we urged them did the owner ask us to place another order. The second order was also handled unacceptably: only two of the dishes requested arrived, and we waited over an hour longer. At that point, exasperated, we got up and left. We asked for a discount, which we believe was more than justified given the situation, but we were given a minimal discount that was disrespectful of the inconvenience we had experienced. An extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of the organization and the customer service. We won't return, nor do we recommend it.

14/02/2026: Terrible experience. We had dinner this evening. Half of the dishes we ordered arrived, and after an hour of waiting we left. The waiters were incompetent and uninterested. It's a shame to give money to these people. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are many better places.
