07/02/2025: Ristorante con ampie sale interne, cucina ottima : accurata e servita con stile e cortesia. Servizio ottimo. Possibile pagare "à la carte" o "all you can eat". Prezzi ottimi. Vicino alla stazione dei treni di Pont Saint Martin e allo stazionamento di autobus.

11/03/2025: A disaster! My chicken with cashew nuts, I'm still looking for the nuts... it looked like a cat box. And the fried ravioli, I'm still looking for the stuffing...
Cantonese rice, there's no fatter!
Unfriendly service as possible.
Really disappointed. You shouldn't even call Etchebest, it won't be able to do anything at this stage, it should close, you shouldn't continue like this, it's a shame to call it Chinese cuisine. I'm sure the chef isn't Chinese.

13/11/2024: Ci siamo stati 2 volte nell’arco di una settimana. Bravi nel concetto All you can eat, vasta scelta di prodotti, adeguatamente curati, servizio rapido e preciso. Unica puntualizzazione, la divisa in sala , un minimo pantalone nero con camicia bianca e scarpe nere; anziché vestiti ognuno come gli pare in maniera a dir poco casuale. Questo no!
Per il resto nulla da dire. Bravi nel loro segmento.
