28/01/2025: I found the Ramen cooked by Biang Biang very similar to what I tasted in Japan, perhaps I would have preferred it a bit hotter. The waitress is nice and kind while the waiter doesn't seem to speak Italian too well and above all doesn't clear the table. In the end we found ourselves drinking coffee with the bowls of Ramen still on the table. The service of the dishes is a little slow and does not follow a precise timing. Very cold environment at the beginning, uncomfortable tables and outdoor spaces that don't really make a good impression. Overall recommended!

28/12/2024: Abbiamo mangiato qui durante le feste ma dopo il 25 dicembre, quando molti locali erano chiusi per ferie. Siamo grandi amanti del cibo cinese e sia le porzioni abbondanti che le portate in sé sono state all’altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia dello staff, e non ultimo il liquore offerto alla cassa prima del pagamento. Il conto molto onesto, come in tutti i ristoranti cinesi. Consigliamo assolutamente questo ristorante!
07/12/2024: A Rovereto in questo periodo i ristoranti sono tutti pieni ed allora siamo infilati in questo ristorante cinese un po' sconsolati ed invece abbiamo trovato ottimo cibo ed inservienti molto simpatici. Spesa modesta.
