25/05/2025: I ate here twice, for dinner.
Everything was delicious, in particular I was struck by the fact that the salmon sashimi had no limit and that the portions were very generous.
I don't know if this is a prerogative of the dinner menu or Saturday.
Overall, everything was very good. I recommend it

The lunch formula is a fixed price (€12.90), with orders managed via a paper sheet divided into 3 shifts. Each shift allows you to select up to 12 dishes, but it is possible to indicate larger quantities for each item. If the shifts run out, you can request a new sheet.
Drinks, desserts and liqueurs are not included.
The food is very tasty and well cooked. The portions are small, ideal for tasting several different dishes without waste. Some elements such as desserts or rolls seem to be industrially produced, but overall the experience is positive.
The only criticism concerns the seasoning: in the shifts following the first, the dishes are saltier and full of flavour. I don't know if it is a deliberate or casual choice, but this changes the pleasantness of the tasting a little.
Too bad, because the cuisine is really well done.
