25/06/2024: Unfortunately I have to lower my previous review, I returned years later and found quite high prices (for example I paid €8 for 4 prawns which were not too large...passed off as salt and pepper prawns, 1 liter of water 2.8 €, cover charge €2.20 each), a slightly shabby place and the service is slow... the food is still good, but the quality/price ratio is no longer its strong point... there is a lot better in Livorno!

06/07/2024: I was on the evening of November 1st, I must say that the food was good, plentiful, the service was quite fast (it's true that there were few people), the sashimi was well presented and very good, plentiful, the only flaw is that we ordered some dishes and they weren't were brought but that's fine we consoled ourselves with the desserts although for a slice of cheese cake €5 seemed a bit much (among other things frozen desserts), overall I would give a good 7 as a rating, I recommend it if you are from passing by and want to eat something fast. I will be back to make other evaluations and taste other dishes. Mark. UPDATE 6/07/24 UNFORTUNATELY THIS RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED AND IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE SITE I TRIED AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES I PASSED THERE PERSONALLY AND I SEE THAT THE PLACE IS CLOSED WITH ALL THE STUFF STACKED UP AND I SAID IT WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THEY COULD ALSO COMMUNICATE IT ON THE OFFICIAL SITE I NOTE THAT MANY ARE CLOSING, WHO KNOWS WHY!?

15/08/2024: Very simple place, but comfortable environment with a few tables and comfortable chairs. EXCELLENT food quality/price. To be all you can eat, the quality of the Salmon and Tuna is high. The service is the strong point, the girl is very kind and the two guys who cook and make sushi are very fast and very good. Recommended+++

14/08/2024: really disappointed, the fish wasn't fish...unpleasant smell not to mention the texture. Worst sushi ever eaten; I don't understand the positive reviews, did we eat at the same place? He didn't even deserve 1 cent. Horrible experience

05/08/2024: I have been an occasional customer for many years... A few days ago, thinking about "normal" price increases, I didn't look at the receipt... I only realized later that I was charged for a beer that I didn't take... So be careful! ! (2 stars service because they took away a dish before finishing it..)

18/10/2023: A mio parere sushi buono ma niente di speciale, per quanto riguarda la cucina cinese sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta, i ravioli specialmente sono troppo agliati e con consistenze discutibili. Un peccato! Potrebbe certamente migliorare, visto che sul sushi siamo sulla buona strada.

06/06/2024: Sono un amante della cucina cinese/giapponese, ho provato diversi ristoranti, ma ritengo La Grande Cina il migliore in assoluto tra quelli visitati. Propongano un menù con prodotti di ottima qualità, servizio veloce e cortesia ad un prezzo molto concorrenziale, con il menù all you can eat, ad un prezzo di € 17 a pranzo escluso bevande, offrendo però rispetto agli altri visitati un menù ampio e vario. Da visitare per un ottimo pranzo o cena👍👍👍👍

14/12/2024: I'll start by saying that we were 2 people at the opening and there was still no one there. little attention for customers (we were cold and they didn't turn up the air conditioning even though there were other people with jackets on their shoulders), fairly good quality of raw food, small and good hosomaki. I'm not 100% satisfied with having eaten there because at lunch the menu is very very limited and the environment is not welcoming or warm. but the icing on the cake was the 10 CENTS for asking for the spicy sauce (I've been to sushi places in Milan, Livorno, Pisa, Modena and others and never, EVER, have I had to pay 10 CENTS for a little bit of sauce) we won't be going back MORE.
