13/08/2024: Let's start with the positive.
The service was quick and pleasant.
At first we were the only guests and later the restaurant filled up, but the service didn't deteriorate!
Because we took part in the “all you can eat” option, we had a fixed price of €25.90 per person, which is an averagely high price, but still within the range.
The best part was that you could order from a tray! Funny thing and very efficient.
What wasn't in the frame was partly the food. Some things really weren't tasty, it wasn't because I don't like Asian food, it was just that it wasn't prepared well.
However, a fraction of the items were tasty above average.
The restaurant looks quite nice from the inside, initially music was turned on, which was very loud, then after a few minutes the loud music suddenly turned off and about 15 minutes later it was turned on again at a pleasant volume.
At the end my partner was given a fan, which was a nice gesture.
Ultimately, it was still a relatively pleasant evening. It was a nice team.

Truly excellent in terms of place and dishes.
Very kind staff.
They even gave us a little gift at the end of dinner.

25/08/2024: Dopo circa 1 anno dove avevo avuto una brutta esperienza con la proprietaria, mi decido di ritornare da Kuazi.
Io amante del sushi e dopo averli provati davvero tutti.
Posso dire che tra gli AYCE a Palermo, quello di Kuaizi rimane ancora nella TOP 3 dei sushi da scegliere per una serata all'insegna dello sbutrio 😁
Assolutamente Consigliato se vi trovate in centro.

Everything cooked with great attention, soy spaghetti with exceptional meat and peppers…. Furthermore, not only did they offer us the usual biscuit but also the bitter one. We will definitely be back!

24/06/2024: We were in the mood for something non Italian just to change things up. This was a mistake. I don’t think Italians know how to do sushi. The options for fish variety is pretty limited (salmon and tuna makes up 80% of menu, then eel, shrimp and a white fish). The nigiri has a huge amount of rice with each piece and the rice is a little undercooked similar to risotto. I do not know if the large amount of rice is to try to fill people up or they just don’t know better.
Tempura has little to no flavor. The Chinese portion of the menu may have been a better option although also not very good. While there was a large selection of appetizers I did not find them very good.
If in the mood for sushi my suggestion is wait till you go back home.

10/05/2024: Restaurant with oriental cuisine which in my opinion is nothing short of excellent. I don't know how others interpret the Chinese restaurant...
But I ate really well. Everything well taken care of down to the smallest details. From the service to the dishes presented you cannot envy a starred restaurant.
Personally, I suggest trying it even for those who don't like oriental cuisine, because I assure you that they have such a rich menu to satisfy every type of palate..
And a great desire to do their job well.
