Among the dishes I tried: • Spring rolls (2 portions), • Puffed shrimp powder, • Wan Ton, • Steamed vegetarian ravioli, • Grilled vegetarian ravioli, • Steamed meat ravioli, • Rice spaghetti with grilled meat and vegetables, • Udon with vegetables (or wheat noodles with vegetables), • Crispy Cantonese spaghetti, • Chicken with almonds. Each dish was a journey into the authentic flavors of China. From the soft and tasty ravioli to the crispy Cantonese spaghetti, everything was delicious and prepared with a skill that transports you on a one-way ticket to authentic and original cuisine. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special: the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, almost familiar. The scene that stuck with me the most was that of the owner, who, despite the chaos of a Friday evening full of customers, found time to pick up a child who was playing among the tables. He smiled at him sweetly and put him back on the ground gently, before returning to work with the same energy and dedication. A simple gesture, but which tells a lot about the love with which this place is managed. Every corner of the restaurant seems to tell a story, with decorations that recall Chinese tradition without ever being excessive. The staff, despite the busy evening, always found a smile or a kind word for the customers. In short, it is one of those places that not only feeds you, but makes you feel pampered. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an authentic and satisfying culinary experience.
