03/04/2025: A few days ago I wrote a review that I regretted.
It didn't seem right to penalize Long Jin because of one of their collaborators.
I am convinced that we need to point out when unpleasant situations arise, so as to prevent them from happening again.
I have to say that the way Mr. Liguori Francesco responded to my previous review and how he handled the situation made me reflect on the fact that now, after years of frequenting his restaurant, I couldn't let a small inconvenience change everything.
Tonight he was there at the checkout to deliver my order, which pleased me and made me feel at ease, because even if he wasn't sure if I was the person who wrote the review, he could see that he wanted to understand and was interested.
It's not about the apology or the discount (which if they happen are just a pleasure) but rather the interest in hearing the opinion of the other side, apologizing...
I have nothing else to add.
Service always at the top, absolutely nothing can be said about the quality of the products and above all how much he cares about his work.
Not to mention I know I'm hanging out somewhere where my opinion really matters.
I will definitely return many times.

20/04/2025: Posto carino, personale molto gentile, anche se non avevamo prenotato ci hanno trovato un posto. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e il robottino che ci portava i piatti stile “Cassandra” a mio figlio è piaciuto molto! Ci ritorneremo

Aesthetically normal place compared to other places that make the furniture a strong point, very quiet and intimate but what matters is that the food is of excellent quality, the menu is varied even at lunch and the staff are kind and exhaustive. Among the best in the area for 3 years now.

31/03/2025: English: Quiet restaurant, discreet and courteous service. At lunch, compared to other all you can eat, from a purely quantitative point of view, there is less choice of courses, but this is compensated by the quality of the ingredients and the balance of the combinations of the dishes. It was a pleasant discovery. The only aspect that I did not particularly appreciate was that during each order round, the slip of paper with the orders was retained, resulting in several people getting up each time to retrieve it because the waiters, after completing the delivery of the courses that made up the order, did not come to the table anymore. Usually the sheet is brought back to the table to give the customer the chance to order again. It was not a single oversight, but it happened three times in a row at a time when the restaurant had few seats. Nonetheless, the experience was positive because it is a restaurant where you can spend a pleasant lunch break in a relaxed and informal environment, with quality courses and above all with water served in closed bottles and not in open jugs containing microfiltered water. I will definitely be back.
30/01/2025: Nice welcoming place with a wide choice of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Very good food and always served in special serving dishes. Quick service from very friendly staff. Moderate cost with abundant satisfaction. Clean bathroom.

16/02/2025: Take away like those of the past: excellent dishes, competitive prices and fast service.
In short, the right place for when you want Chinese cuisine without having to go to an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
Inside there is a table, but it is not clear to me whether consumption on the spot is foreseen.

30/03/2025: Pessima esperienza, scarsa qualità del cibo , da evitare i calamari alla griglia, sapore sgradevole, da non ritornarci , quindi consiglio vivamente di andare da un altra parte !
