06/04/2024: I can't give an opinion on the food and the place because unfortunately I wasn't able to try it. When I arrived on site with the reservation confirmed by The Fork they told me that they were not present on the Fork and that they did not have a reservation. Bottom line, I had to leave despite the booking confirmation! Absurd, they didn't even mention that they could help us in some way. Nipped in the bud!!!

02/04/2024: Last night we had dinner for two with two pinsas, a margherita and a sausage and broccoli, we were sick all night with very strong intestinal cramps. Even today we were still sick. I contacted the restaurant and explained what had happened but the owner was not at all empathetic and/or understanding, saying that it was only our fault because he too ate the pinsa yesterday and wasn't bad. Furthermore, he was also not very nice. Maybe if a man had made the call he wouldn't have treated me like a fool! In addition to not being empathetic at all, he is not even capable of doing business to try to keep two customers. Obviously I will never go back because since yesterday my friend and I have been feeling terrible. The prices are high and yesterday we couldn't pay with the POS because it was broken. Bad bad bad!!! Never again !

04/04/2024: Excellent restaurant, you can choose between an à la carte menu or the AYCE formula, I often go there for both lunch and dinner, the place is intimate and welcoming, and above all clean, all the dishes I have tried so far were delicious, the owner Linda she is very good and attentive to customers' needs... P.S. when I go there I get the prawn tufts, the prawn ravioli, the spaghetti with prawns, the rice with prawns, the prawn skewers, the salt and pepper prawns, and they are always exceptional... I feel a bit like Bubba.. 😂😂 but the prawns here like all the rest of the ingredients are fresh and delicious... I highly recommend

06/03/2024: Tutto ottimo, io e dei miei amici abbiamo fatto l'all you can eat e abbiamo provato di tutto, squisito! Servizio ottimo e veloce, personale gentilissimo. Dal ramen ai nighiri, consigliatissimo!

22/03/2024: I've never put a review on any place I've gone to eat, but here I feel obliged to do so. A restaurant that can only survive on just eat, because otherwise I don't understand how it can still be open. There were four of us eating in the entire place, and still the employees were confusing the orders. And nothing could be understood between a malfunctioning robot and the waitress. Terrifying food to say the least and a terrible, dilapidated location. Unless you want to get food poisoning I don't recommend it. My toilet has seen everything from any of my orifices. And for €25.90 it doesn't seem like the case to me. Summary: my toilet curses you, my wallet too. Ps. Instead of fortune cookies I recommend truth cookies, like: "you will regret it if you shit yourself". To never again.

13/01/2024: Cena 13 gennaio 2024 3 persone Arrivati alle 20.00...2 ore e 45 minuti per ultimare una cena DA DIMENTICARE . Disorganizzazione totale ( ...il vino e' arrivato dopo 15 minuti - l'acqua dopo 25 minuti ....) Ordinazione tramite cellulare , obsoleto e scomodo Locale con atmosfera e temperatura fredda ( ...nel nostro " settore " c'era una stufa elettrica a stativo !!! ) " Mis en Place " inqualificabile poiché senza tovaglia e bacchette inox non zigrinate nel punto di contatto con le eita, scivolose ed ingestibili. Materia prima di livello mediocre Presentazione dei piatti INESISTENTE ( pietanze anonime appoggiate in piatti altrettanto anonimi ) Porzioni scarsissime per ogni piatto ordinato , fritti immangiabili , durissimi e freddi senza nulla all' interno ( ... polpette e sticks a base di pesce erano pastelle fritte VUOTE E DDI MARMO ...) rolls , gunkan piccolissimi che oltretutto si sfaldavano senza " arte né parte " Non riesco a capacitarmi come questo locale potesse essere pieno di gente e resto basito dalle rencensioni a 4/5 stelle poiché e' evidente vi sia una grossa problematica cognitiva nonché palatale riferita alla struttura, al team nonché alle pietanze offerte. ....ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE....

05/11/2023: È stata solo la seconda volta da Soft, la prima volta a pranzo, la seconda a cena, di sabato. Ristorante pieno, sono stati comunque veloci a servire i piatti, personale gentile, cibo molto buono! Eravamo vicini alla cucina, e inevitabilmente abbiamo sentito qualche discussione tra lo staff. Mi è dispiaciuto tanto sentire quello che credo fosse il capo cameriere usare un linguaggio poco piacevole con gli altri camerieri, come “non mi rompete i c*****ni” e in generale incitamenti a darsi una mossa davvero poco gentili 😅 capisco che di sabato sera, con il ristorante pieno, sia estremamente stressante, non lo metto in dubbio, ma il rispetto viene dal rispetto, e a lavorare senza parole e atteggiamenti sgradevoli, si lavora sicuramente meglio! Mi sono sentita a disagio e molto dispiaciuta per lo staff. Hanno aggiunto l’opzione di poter ordinare da cellulare, davvero molto comoda e lo stato di preparazione e servizio dei piatti è monitorato. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto moltissimo, buona scelta di piatti, ci torneremo sicuramente, sperando di sentire parole più gentili, che non guastano mai! 😇
