22/03/2025: Red Sushi is a restaurant that has many seats and if on one hand it is positive for the customer who can find a place without booking (it is better to do so because it is almost always full) on the other hand it complicates the work of the kitchen and the table service. The waiting times between the various courses are exhausting and often dishes arrive that were not ordered due to the confusion that reigns in the management. 16/03/2025: If you are looking for a sushi restaurant where you spend more time waiting than eating, then Red Sushi is for you. My boyfriend and I ventured here for an all-you-can-eat lunch, but what we experienced was more of a patience test than a lunch. As soon as we sat down, the table had no bowls for soy sauce and there was even only one glass. Asking for them the first time we were completely ignored, on the second request we managed to get them extremely slowly. This was just the beginning of a listless and rude service, with very few waiters who seemed more annoyed than helpful. Every request was greeted with annoyed looks and had to be repeated several times for it to be satisfied. A simple coffee? 20 minute wait. But the real nightmare was the service time. We went in at 1.30pm and left at 4pm, without even having received all the dishes we ordered. After an endless wait, only when we got up to protest did two plates magically appear, but to receive more we had to repeat the operation several times. Some dishes, theoretically hot, were served frozen, demonstrating a total lack of attention in the kitchen. And the quality of the sushi? Mediocre. Nothing special, nothing worth all this stress. The only positive aspect? The low price. But if the compromise to save money is having a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, then it is better to spend a few more euros elsewhere.
