19/03/2024: After various management changes, I am forced to change my review made 4 years ago. Regarding the quality of the food, I adjust myself to the after-meal effects in the following hours. Nothing to say about the service or the environment. But I was dumbfounded at the time of payment: lunch, fresh from a medical visit, weekday. But they made me pay like a HOLIDAY, because they thought Women's Day was a holiday. They will never see me again both for the quality of the food and for the final treatment.

26/02/2024: I wonder what sushi those who left a positive review are used to, considering that in Brescia the offer is excellent, there are many AYCEs with medium/high quality. There are various problems: the main one is certainly the quality of the food itself. Sushi rice, poorly seasoned and with a terrible consistency, looks like glue (and already suggests the general quality of the place), while the rest of the ingredients remain anonymous and cheap. Note of demerit for the guacamole, an ingredient that appears in various preparations: when handling the avocado (being one of the main ingredients of sushi) I expected it to be made by them, instead I discover that it is a long-life industrial guacamole, with a chemical and vaguely rancid, truly inedible. The fact that such a lowly ingredient is used says a lot about the choice of ingredients and the standards of this place. Another equally negative issue is the AYCE formula, truly inconvenient and outdated, no competitor now offers similar formulas. Practically, in addition to paying the fixed price (on average), you will find a good half of the menu not included, but which you pay as a supplement (in many cases +2€). Obviously it is the part of the menu that includes all the dishes based on fresh fish (sashimi, tartar, carpaccio, the more elaborate uramaki, etc.). You end up paying 20 euros for lunch and you can't even access the best dishes; we end up eating fried foods, Chinese cuisine, nigiri and some uramaki (when they are edible). Which is truly paradoxical considering that in any other AYCE, by paying the same amount, you have access to a menu with all dishes included, and of incredibly superior quality. I can only advise you against eating here, due to the very low quality and the obsolete formula: head elsewhere, it doesn't matter where, because everywhere you will eat better sushi than this. And if, as in my case, you are dragged here by friends, you not only change restaurants but also friends

16/03/2024: I was there tonight with some friends for dinner. Very nice well lit environment. Fixed price buffet. My goodness, so much stuff to eat. All very good, even the fish cooked raw. The waiters very kind. We will definitely be back.

02/03/2024: All you can eat menu, there is everything, pasta, pizza, fish, sushi, fried foods. Highly recommended!
