21/02/2024: Nice restaurant with Chinese and Japanese menu but we only had Chinese dishes (as I always do in this type of place), so I can't say anything about the rest. Good quality, honest prices, fast service... perhaps even too fast at times (multiple courses arrived at the same time, always destined for the same people). But, oh well, nothing particularly problematic! The environment is very nice and clean. There are few seats, so it is best to book, especially if you are in a group. It's true that there is a nice outdoor area which significantly increases the capacity of the place, but when we went it was closed. To conclude: certainly recommended

28/03/2024: My favorite all you can eat sushi! The place is always very clean, the dishes are really excellent. The fish feels fresh! It's a shame that dessert is no longer included in the price of the Ayce formula. The staff is professional, kind and always smiling, the service is fast. High chairs available for the little ones. For the hottest days in a back courtyard there are some outdoor tables where it is really very pleasant to eat.

30/03/2024: I had a really good time. Lake view room equipped with everything I needed, clean and scented towels. What makes the real difference in this hotel is the heated thermal pool. I have never seen such warm pools in any other hotel. Beautiful. Excellent breakfast and dinner. One thing I didn't like is the quite expensive paid parking. It would be nice if it was already included in the stay and not an addition. It is a hotel mainly for elderly people but despite this I found myself very well. I'll be back!

24/03/2024: This hotel, recently renovated, offers comfortable rooms, a fantastic position in relation to the center of Sirmione, a wonderful thermal pool facing the lake, a new, well-organised and pleasant Spa area where you can enjoy the sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room. Impeccable cleanliness! Convenient internal parking. Very good breakfast. The only sore point concerns the reception: the night service is incompetent and the day service lacks savoir faire. During the night of our stay, around 11.30pm, the fire alarm went off in a room next to ours and lasted a couple of hours, waking up all the guests who went down to the hall. The doorman was unable to deactivate the alarm, despite the guests inviting him to call the fire brigade and go and personally check room 223 from which the alarm was triggered. He simply called the room without going to check. It's impossible to understand why the alarm went off... In any case, the night was compromised until 01.30. When we left the following day, not only were there no apologies for what had happened, but the full rate was charged without any consideration. I worked in hotel management and if this had happened in my hotel, I certainly would not have charged for parking as a sign of respect. Sin!

02/04/2024: Excellent variety of side dishes to dip in the broth. There is also a lot of choice between vegetables and meats. Well-stocked sauce department and all in a very fresh and genuine environment. Highly recommended!

17/03/2024: Era la prima volta che provavo questo locale, sono rimasta molto sorpresa. Il menu è AYCE, si ordina con il tablet e ci sono anche dei frigo dove si possono trovare altri ingredienti per l’hotpot. C’è la prossibilita di creare delle salsine. Mi aspettavo più gusto dai brodi. Comunque bellissima esperienza, da riprovare! Prezzo adeguato.

28/02/2024: Mi dispiace ma è stato veramente deludente avendo già provato questo tipo di ristorante. Difficoltà di comunicazione sia con lo staff che con l'applicazione per ordinare. La cosa peggiore è stata la carne, sembrava appena scongelata e cuocendola nel brodo caldo probabilmente ne è stata pregiudicata la consistenza anche se il sapore sembravano buono. Lo staff è stato molto gentile.

27/01/2024: We were very dissatisfied. My main criticism concerns the price, which I found not proportional to what was offered. A basic broth starts at €12 (our tomato broth tasted like water with ketchup). I don't know how hotpot works normally, but I found it strange that literally everything is served still frozen. On average a small plate of food to be cooked in broth costs €8-10, and to stay full you should take a minimum of three small plates each (plus the broth and cover charge). For example, we paid €8-9 for pork which in the photo looked like small cutlets, but which in reality were 10 very thin slices of ham. We ordered fried tofu, which was served still frozen, with the staff advising that it should be boiled. That is, breaded and fried tofu which you then have to make all mushy by boiling it. If I basically have to cook everything myself, I expect a much lower cost - at least half of what we spent. Furthermore, the menu is mainly in Chinese. Some items don't even have a translation into Italian, and then if you click on a certain item (it's a digital menu) the detail is only in Chinese, so it doesn't allow you to understand what you're actually ordering, such as the quantity or ingredients to which is intolerant/allergic. We asked the waitress for help but she couldn't suggest what to order, except the broth. Even after asking the staff several times, it was not possible to guess the quantity provided with each dish. I don't even know if it's a rule to have a menu that doesn't clearly display allergens. The atmosphere is nice and the waitress was helpful. The premises were clean and the toilets seemed hygienic. Unfortunately the quality-price ratio is decidedly unbalanced. The area is also very popular, so the price is not at all in line with the context. The average review of 4.5 stars and the restaurant being completely empty on Sunday evening except for five customers are very inconsistent. I remain available to remove this review if the management responds to me here offering to refund the sum spent (€45), which I will collect in person by deleting this review. I apologize if I misunderstood the culture of your restaurant.

29/03/2024: My favorite Chinese. Very well prepared food, generous portions but not too much. Efficient and friendly service. Perfectly styled environment with magnificent briar wood inlaid with Chinese figures and panoramas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

21/03/2024: One of my favorite Asian places. There is no smell on your clothes when you go out. Excellent quality food expertly prepared. Friendly and helpful staff. Price in relation to quality. The fried spaghetti is excellent.

20/03/2024: Top Chinese restaurant The food is really delicious, the portions are honest and the waiters are very courteous We tasted two portions of ravioli, one of wang ton, two of spring rolls, one of sweet and sour pork, one plate of soy noodles and one of udon... 20 euros each. Very honest. The only sore point is the mess in the room, crowded tables (we were practically sitting on the laps of our table neighbors) but for an informal dinner it's fine. I will definitely go back.
