I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always eaten well, so much so that I've even recommended it to friends and family. But what happened tonight was unacceptable and completely changed my mind. I arrived without a reservation—that's normal, it happens—and they told me there was a 20-minute wait. I patiently accepted, knowing it's a very popular place. After half an hour of waiting, however, I began to notice something strange: a couple without reservations got in before me... then a second... then a third. Everyone was served first, without having waited as long as I had. Finally, I asked for an explanation, and only then did they realize they'd completely forgotten my name. No one bothered to check or manage the waiting list properly. They apologized, of course, but in the meantime, the evening was ruined, and I didn't even get in. The management is terrible, especially for those who arrive without reservations: they take your name but then ignore you. This isn't a trivial mistake; it's a lack of attention to customers—even regulars like me. I'm sorry to say this, but I will never set foot in this restaurant again. They've lost a customer, and I advise anyone reading this to be very careful: eating well isn't enough if there's a complete lack of respect for the customer.
