02/02/2026: Let me start by saying this was our go-to sushi place. We ate our first sushi here, and we've been coming here up until a year ago (the last photo is the first, the last sushi we ate here). We went back on Saturday and it was a complete disaster. The rice was soft and sticky, the fish was inedible, flavorless, and, as you can see from the first two photos, it was dull. The portions were very small, and it was practically all rice. The waiters constantly messed up orders and tables. We ordered the gyoza, and they were soft and had a strange flavor. Overall, I'm really sorry to say this, but we won't be returning. Since they renovated, the quality has started to decline. 🥲

17/01/2026: The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was particularly impressed by a Bangladeshi girl behind the bar who makes excellent coffee and speaks perfect English. We visited last week, and the overall vibe was great too; one of the servers was happily singing the entire time we were there, which added a fun and unique touch to the atmosphere.

16/01/2026: The fried food was too greasy, the rice was a little dry.

31/12/2025: Simply the best all-you-can-eat restaurant I've ever had (I've personally tried at least twenty). Everything I've ordered has always lived up to expectations. The sashimi is simply fantastic. The staff is attentive and courteous. There's no excuse not to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: We returned for the umpteenth time because we had such great memories of the food here, but today it exceeded all expectations. With every dish, we couldn't help but rave about the deliciousness of what we were eating. The absolute best are the raw fish dishes: excellent and fresh, expertly prepared. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: If you're looking for a relaxing dinner or good sushi, look elsewhere. Prices are unjustified for such sloppy service and such an unpleasant atmosphere. Highly discouraged. The staff clears the table incredibly loudly, literally slamming dirty dishes into plastic trays in the middle of the room. Carts used to collect dirty dishes are left parked everywhere, often near customers' tables or right along the aisles used to go to the bathroom or move between tables. Seeing leftovers and dirty dishes piled up just inches from where you're eating is unacceptable. N.B. I also have photos to attach.

10/01/2026: There are many vegetarian options, such as dry-pot vegetables and steamed corn bread; the portions are generous and the food is delicious.

16/01/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant with my dad. The food was excellent, the grilled spaghetti was delicious. My favorite dish: shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. A great experience! I'll definitely be back.

02/03/2026: I got takeout, I didn't eat Japanese, but ordered Chinese, Cantonese rice was average, rice noodles too, but the second courses were chicken, mushrooms and bamboo and the spicy one was not, the chicken was obviously prepared, tough and added to the seasoning, in the place I didn't see any Japanese or Chinese, but Filipinos...boo. It's expensive!

16/02/2026: A painful experience, mostly due to the service. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a girl who immediately informed us (it was 8.30pm) that we had to leave at 9.15pm for the second shift (this was not written on any social media or other platform). As soon as it got to around 9pm, she immediately informed us that we had to hurry up for the last order because the room had to be freed up.

19/02/2026: Hotel Futura is a functional property, with some areas for improvement, but overall it's a good choice for those seeking a practical stay in Naples. The hotel's style is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, ideal for multiple-night stays. Considering its four-star rating, one would expect a few more thoughtful touches in the room, such as a welcome kit with a kettle and coffee, which would certainly have elevated the experience. Breakfast is the most deserving of a review: it's decent, but not quite up to the standards typically expected from a hotel of this category. Among its strengths are the gym and convenient garage, services that represent a real added value, especially for those traveling by car. The location is also very convenient: a bus stops right in front of the hotel, providing quick access to the center of Naples. Important note: the property is pet-friendly, a highly appreciated feature for those traveling with their pets. Overall, the quality-price ratio is good and, despite a few details that could be improved, it is a structure that we feel we can recommend.

12/12/2025: Lucia was incredibly friendly and efficient. “The restaurant had an excellent and plentiful menu, excellent breakfast, and a strategic location.” Reasons for stay: “Pleasure.” Highly recommended.
