The atmosphere is well-kept, with the classic, soft lighting typical of these restaurants creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and fast, and the Italian owner adds a touch of class to the restaurant. He's welcoming and cares about his customers, something you rarely see in Asian restaurants. The place is just the right size, not overly large or crowded, which ensures the dishes arrive piping hot. As for the fresh food, it's truly "fresh" and tasty. The fried foods have a great flavor thanks to the clean oil they're fried in, and the menu offers a wide variety; I'd recommend trying a little bit of everything. The background music is excellent. I chose to go despite the hepatitis A scare, and I don't regret it. We'll definitely be back! Recommended!

My experience at this restaurant has always been friendly and pleasant. The numerous and varied menu options often make it difficult to choose, but in the end, everything always lives up to expectations. However, what impresses me most is the service: the staff is extremely polite and friendly, and interacts with customers in a spontaneous and friendly manner. It's an environment I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Tatami is my favorite sushi place in Naples. Fair price, incredible speed, and a varied menu (especially for me, someone who doesn't eat shrimp) was a real find in the city, and I always go back when I'm in Naples! I recommend it to many friends because you can tell the fish is very fresh, and the variety pleases all tastes!

Food: Fresh, tasty, and good fish, but some portions were on the small side. Service: We had to wait a very long time for our previously ordered food, and sometimes they even brought us an order we hadn't placed, and it was very crowded: terrible service. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice, quite welcoming, and the staff is friendly and polite. I won't return, but I recommend further improving the table service.

I went to Sushi Tatami in Naples with four other people. The food was excellent and the table service excellent, nothing to complain about. The problem arose at checkout. There were five of us, with mixed payments: two people with cards, two with €50, and one with €30. The cashier told us to make a single payment because "he couldn't give everyone change." Having no other option, I found myself forced to pay for others as well, paying €82 more than my share. Honestly, I don't think it's normal for a customer to have to pay more than they should because the cashier doesn't want to handle the change or separate payments. If everyone has to pay their share, the restaurant should be able to manage it, especially when cash and cards are accepted. It's a shame, because an experience that started out great ended in a truly unprofessional manner. I hope this report helps avoid similar situations in the future.

We booked for two at 2:00 PM, but were seated at 2:50 PM (the kitchen closes at 3:30 PM). For 50 minutes, we watched groups of people come in and get seated before us, EVEN WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. Once seated, we only had time to place one order, barely two (we waited 20 minutes for a small portion of our first order to be delivered). I'd also like to give a shout-out to the waiters and staff, who, overall, are always kind and helpful.

It was one of my choices out of 3, and I tried them also because they were very close to Via Toledo, that is, you go past the Galleria Umberto and immediately go to the one on the left and you arrive right there in front, and I have to say that it was really excellent and very fresh... I will definitely go back... very satisfied
