18/08/2024: If you're in a hurry or you have a son and a wife like me (and who eat little or nothing), forget it, the kids are very slow, but in my opinion the food is good and those who work as hard as them should be respected
16/08/2024: Comfortable and elegant environment, delicious menu and very kind staff. The owner was thoughtful and kind with our one and a half year old daughter.
The menu is all very good, for example: good sushi and excellent sashimi, delicious rice dumplings.
We will definitely be back thank you very much

We arrived but found ourselves with other customers plagued by coughing and sneezing who almost came upon us with their ailments, ruining the party a bit.
Good truffle, but unfortunately almost completely frozen.

26/11/2024: We called the restaurant to order a Chinese takeaway menu for €15.90, which includes rolls, ravioli, 2 first courses and 2 second courses of our choice. On the phone everything seemed normal but when we arrived on site the gentleman at the counter told me that the menu was no longer there and we paid the full price of two first courses and two second courses and water of €18.50 without a starter. The prawn rice and stir fry rice were dead white with no soy sauce at all, it barely ran down, the chicken curry was undercooked. I only have two words to say to you: Never again.

09/08/2024: Elegant place, fresh food, average quality, but I don't understand why they put everything with Philadelphia, the smallest shrimp temper ever seen in Italy... Not suitable for those with 9-year-old children because it would cost the same as an adult!

08/11/2024: good but not excellent food, excessive waiting times for the delivery of the order, about 20 minutes late, considering that the parking is non-existent and most of the time you have to park in an inconvenient and not very adequate way, so on the waiting times while waiting for the takeaway we didn't have any food to review, too many frozen things.
19/10/2024: In an era in which Chinese restaurants are dying out to make way for mixed Japanese-Chinese all you can eat, having a "traditional" Chinese restaurant, like those of the past, in the city is a significant treat. Delicious and aromatic food, which fully satisfies the craving for Chinese.
There are dishes with tofu, the fantastic Chinese pizza, fried ice cream, which is a classic, and many many other dishes.
The service is efficient and very fast, the prices absolutely competitive.

04/08/2024: the wait was quite long since we had to wait an hour before the first things arrived but I must say that it was worth it since the food was delicious and the lady who runs the place is also very nice, kind and friendly.

I don't like the environment because it looks like the living room at home
Service is fine. I add a bonus star because to get several portions of sashimi and tartare per person on the lunch menu you don't have to spend tens of €.
Salmon tartare without limits while sashimi €1 per portion to choose between salmon-tuna-sea bass.
I'll be back!

I went here 3 times, and the last two times the salmon smelled rancid and the prawns smelled like ammonia. Inedible.

17/10/2024: Il migliore ristorante cinese della città da tanti anni (prima era all'incrocio tra via Fabrizi e via Dante), personale molto simpatico a partire dal cameriere che tanto ha disturbato altri recensori e andando avanti con la ragazza cinese che sa cosa consigliare a chi ha voglia di qualcosa di nuovo. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, no frills.
In alternativa si può sempre andare in uno di quei ristoranti tutta forma e zero sostanza di cui la città è piena.

Sushi Maya é un ristorante di sushi localizzato a Vasto (CH), sulla Statale 16 Adriatica sud, 54. Dista 6 km dal centro storico di Vasto e 2 km dalla Marina di Vasto. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile nello spiazzale interno all'attività.
Il ristorante é facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria di Vasto-San Salvo o tramite linea bus Tessitore.
È preferibile prenotare via telefono; locale molto affollato durante il fine settimana e nelle ore di punta.
Personale disponibile per ogni esigenza e spiegazioni su richiesta (persistono le difficoltà di comunicazione con alcuni membri del personale).
Sushi Maya offre ai suoi clienti un menù variegato della tradizione cinese-giappone con: antipasti, fritti, primi e secondi a base di carne o pesce e dolci. La specialità rimane senza dubbio il sushi nelle sue varie forme e tipologie.
Sono state aggiunte le Poke come novità.
I prezzi rispecchiano la qualità offerta. Disponibile sia il menù alla carta che l'offerta "all you can eat" (in data 30-09-2024 il pranzo corrispondeva a 15,90€ esclusi dolci, bevande e coperto).
Servizio al tavolo rapidissimo.
I tempi di attesa sono giusti tra una portata e quella successiva (qualche rallentamento a fine pranzo a causa della capienza del locale).
Disponibile una carta delle bevande con annessi anche gli alcolici.
L'estetica moderna del ristorante é bella, confortevole; interni puliti ed ordinati.
Il bagno é migliorabile in toto.
Dai tavoli é possibile osservare la cucina. Quando sei alla ricerca di posto dove mangiare, spendendo poco e con esigenze discrete, puoi fermarti da Sushi Maya!
P.S. Buoni gli antipasti, molto buoni i fritti. Sushi mediocre.

Buono anche il rapporto qualità - prezzo (prezzi nella media considerando la zona e la qualità delle materie prime).
Il giudizio sul servizio vuole incentivare un miglioramento del rapporto cameriere-cliente (un pó di simpatica ed entusiasmo nel dialogare non guasta).
