14/02/2025: Prenotazione alle 14,30 con TheFork… arriviamo alle 14,20 e la cameriera molto scortese ci dice di prenotare tutto entro le 14,30 perché alle 14,45 la cucina chiude. Ma allora perché accettare prenotazioni alle 14,30???? Servizio pessimo… Porzioni ridotte … e pagando alla carta é stato un problema… Piatti scheggiati.. Insomma Goki veramente in calo. Lo sconsiglio

31/01/2025: ultimamente la qualità è schizzata alle stelle, propongono sempre una scelta ampissima di uramaki e ci sono dei special che sono letteralmente unici, è tutto super buonissimo ed i camerieri sempre molto gentili

26/02/2025: I read the reviews before going for lunch and there are many negative ones. I had lunch with 8 dishes. They were plated perfectly, the flavor was excellent and the rice/fish quantity balanced. Even in the seafood salad (balanced between octopus, shrimp and surimi), under the rocket (also long-leaved wild-like) there was excellent quality oil. I have difficulty opening bottles of water due to arthritis in my thumb and the waiter opened it immediately upon very slight request. Wasabi and ginger were fresh and brought at the correct time. I wonder if those who wrote bad reviews actually ate at this place.

13/03/2025: I stopped in this place before taking a train, ordering grilled and steamed meat ravioli, very very good! The service is friendly and very fast! I absolutely recommend it as a pre or post train lunch/dinner!

05/05/2025: Eravamo in ospedale e vista l'ora tardi abbiamo deciso di andare il questo ristorante che da fuori sembra abbastanza carino .. chiediamo se possiamo sederci quasi alla chiusura ci hanno fatto sedere ma ci hanno portato i piatti tutti insieme che nemmeno stavano sul tavolo... Mentre mangiavamo ci volevano levare il piatto da davanti per la fretta Locale bello alla vista ...camerieri con zero voglia di lavorare..lo sconsiglio perché sono arrivati piatti con moscerini dentro detto e pure si sono lamentati... C'è ne sono di meglio in giro !!

10/03/2025: Sono stata qui un paio di volte sia con amici che con famiglia. Il posto di per sé è molto carino però rapporto qualità/prezzo non ci siamo. Si tratta di grandi quantità ma di quasi zero qualità a mio parere. Il gusto è sempre quello per i diversi piatti, e la qualità la trovo abbastanza scadente. Tempi lunghi di attesa e sbagliano ogni tanto a portare le pietanze al tavolo (non erano nostre). Non ci tornerei.

26/02/2025: Pessima Gestione. Il ristorante si trova nel cuore del corso principale di Ischia ed è esteticamente gradevole, con diverse sale, tra cui una esterna. L'ambiente è frequentato principalmente da ragazzini. Il sushi, come spesso accade nei locali con formula "all you can eat", è nella media: nulla di eccezionale, ma almeno sufficiente per ciò che siamo riusciti a mangiare. Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente negativa per due motivi. 1. Il servizio inefficiente e discutibile Come segnalato anche da altri clienti, le prime due o tre portate arrivano rapidamente, ma per le successive il personale finge di averle già servite o sostiene che il prodotto sia terminato. Più che una cattiva gestione delle comande, sembra “una strategia” per limitare il consumo. 2. Il comportamento inaccettabile di alcuni clienti e la mancata gestione del personale. L'aspetto più grave è stata l'incapacità del personale nel gestire tre ragazzi, poco più che ventenni, il cui atteggiamento cafone ha spinto prima due tavoli con famiglie a chiedere il conto in anticipo e poi anche noi. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata la scena di uno di loro che, con totale arroganza, ha messo i piedi sul tavolo e mortificato il personale di sala. Davanti a questa scena, sono intervenuto richiamando sia il maleducato che lo staff, che però si è mostrato completamente inerme ed incapace. Di fronte a tanta indifferenza, abbiamo preferito alzarci e andarcene senza nemmeno terminare il pranzo. Alla richiesta di parlare con il direttore o con un responsabile, nessuno si è presentato. Il personale – composto esclusivamente da stranieri che non comprendevano nemmeno l’italiano – non ha saputo gestire la situazione e ha pensato di risolvere il tutto con uno sconto di 3 euro. Se questa è la gestione, per noi è un posto assolutamente da evitare.

25/02/2025: Prezzo spropositato e cibo pessimo, se non fosse per la ragazza alla cassa anche il servizio sarebbe pessimo, il ragazzino cinese che serve ai tavoli pensa che gli sia dovuto che la gente sia nel ristorante, se potete non andate

16/03/2025: I left this place nauseated!!! There is absolutely NO knowledge of cleaning! I wonder if the NAS doesn't do an inspection. We left the various orders we had placed because the dishes had traces of dried up food from previous customers🤬clearly we will never go back after such a sad experience🤷🏻‍♂️

15/02/2025: ordered at home and paid in advance by card, the food was never delivered despite more than two hours of waiting, no notification and no response from the restaurant. Luckily JustEat refunded us, but we will never order from this restaurant again.

14/02/2025: If you could give zero stars I would. Ordered home delivery from this restaurant. Delivery delayed by more than an hour. 11 unanswered calls and no communication and support from the restaurant. After an hour of no answers and waiting we went to the place to demand an explanation. Elusive, rude staff informed us that the rider had left some time ago but the other people at home waited for him for 15 minutes for a journey that took, exaggeratingly, 5. After an hour and a half and finally with the food in front of him, the rice noodles were dry and tasteless, the sushi lacked salmon where expected and in general the quality was poor. Terrible experience, super bad combo between service and food.

06/01/2025: My partner and I have been coming here for years. We've always had a great time, the place is simple and only offers takeaway but the food is delicious and the girls are very kind!!

06/01/2025: I have been ordering from this takeaway for years. I'm sorry to see other Chinese restaurants trying to sabotage this fantastic reality. Keep this review in mind and not the nonsense they write that is almost defamatory.

19/10/2024: Unfortunately disappointing lunch experience: dishes very slow to arrive, medium-low quality sushi, general cleanliness not excellent. At the end of the experience also the "ATM not working" sheet at the cash register. At least the price was low, but that's really the only positive. I can't say anything about the dishes on the Chinese side of the menu because I haven't tried them.

02/03/2025: Yami Sushi is a true hidden gem! The food is always very fresh and prepared with great care. The environment is in an old style, without frills but essential, perfect for those looking for an authentic atmosphere. The service is impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff. Home delivery is also excellent: fast, efficient and with a quality/price higher than the average in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Japanese and Chinese cuisine!

15/02/2025: abbiamo ordinato con amico tramite just eat alle 7:30 e alle 21:00 ci hanno chiamato dicendo che l’ordine era stato annullato. Ci siamo ritrovati senza cibo e tutti gli altri ristoranti avrebbero consegnato troppo tardi.
