18/03/2026: I was there this morning. 20 minute wait for a bubble tea (only a drink being prepared at the time of my order...). The girl with a very long ponytail (her hair reached past her waist) that with the movement of her head reached all the way to the counter (we decided NOT to get anything to eat...) simply rinses the blender jug ​​from the previous use without washing it with detergent. I ask for a little ice, she doesn't put it in at all. I ordered a Mango Colada bubble tea (which I had already had twice) and I find myself with a milk drink (I am lactose intolerant) that has a completely different taste. Given the biblical times when I realized it, I didn't even go back to have it remade. Never again.

12/04/2026: The atmosphere is very nice, especially upstairs. The food is excellent, and the staff is kind and friendly! I highly recommend it.

24/02/2026: Clean environment, perfect service and very good food, the only thing is that when I order the miso soup it arrives at the end of the dinner even if I order it right away, or it doesn't arrive at all, otherwise everything is ok I recommend it, I find it very good and I go to eat often.

06/03/2026: I don’t like writing negative reviews and I understand that sometimes a chef might simply have a bad day and the food isn’t perfect. Unfortunately, in this case I have serious doubts about this place. The service was absolutely terrible. First, the side dishes were brought to us with about five-minute intervals between them. After another five minutes my crispy duck arrived, and we had to wait another ten minutes for the last dish – duck with mushrooms. By the time we could actually start eating together, most of the food was already almost cold. My duck was not duck breast as expected, but pieces of duck with bones. I had to remove bones from hard pieces of meat, which was very unpleasant. The duck with mushrooms was served in an extremely salty sauce and was almost impossible to finish. Since we are foreigners and no one was willing to speak English with us, we just ate what we could and left with a very bad experience.

22/03/2026: The worst sushi I've ever had. We were passing by and read the reviews and trusted them. But we were completely wrong. Their advertising says they don't skimp on quality, but unfortunately, that was the only thing I didn't find. No flavor, cold dishes, slow service, and not even a single liqueur was offered. Coffee (colored water) €1.80 A word of advice: AVOID.

11/03/2026: I'm writing this review more than a year after my first order. It's become a safe haven for us. Orders were placed via WhatsApp with ease, and the service was always fast. Always. Never had any problems with delivery. The ingredients are truly excellent, and the sushi is always well-prepared and of high quality. Plus, the pieces are really large; if you're used to AYCE, you'll notice the big difference. I can't wait to try the poke.

07/04/2026: As soon as we entered, there was a terrible smell from the bathroom upstairs and a child even felt ill, but all in all the food was quite good, but then going down the stairs you could see from the kitchen a plastic bowl with the rice inside which they made the dishes and therefore the hygiene was terrible.

12/03/2026: I happened to be in Fiano without planning it. I happened to pass by and decided to try it. Excellent quality and a great selection. I'm still waiting for the bill, but otherwise, I'd go back.

04/03/2026: A little disappointed, but good. Beautiful place inside, perhaps not very modern, but still quite crowded, especially since we were there on a Friday. As for the food, I would modernize both the app used to order and the dishes themselves. Obviously, the food was amazing, tasty, and good, nothing to complain about. But as I already said, I would modernize the tablet for ordering and make it more understandable, which is why I can't give 100% stars... I came with a person who is a fabian, which means he can't eat peas and broad beans, otherwise it would damage his eyesight. Unfortunately, in one of the dishes we order everywhere, "prawns in sweet and sour sauce," we found peas and obviously he couldn't eat them, but they weren't listed in the ingredients, much less in the allergy stickers. So I was a little disappointed (obviously, we sent the dish back and didn't pay for it).

01/04/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant on April 1st, and unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The only things I found good were the steamed ravioli, the grilled ravioli, and two rice dishes with salmon/tuna and sauce. As for the rest, especially the sushi and various rolls, they were truly awful. The rolls were inedible: unpleasant flavor, terrible rice texture, and, in some cases, it almost seemed like they weren't fresh. The spicy one in particular was the worst; I absolutely do not recommend it. Despite the restaurant being almost empty for lunch, the service was very confusing and slow. Some dishes took a long time to arrive, some orders seemed incorrect, and we were repeatedly asked if our dishes had arrived when we were actually still waiting. At one point, we even asked to have our order stopped. The restaurant itself seemed fairly clean, although the dishes were a bit opaque. Furthermore, communication with the staff was quite difficult, which further complicated the service. The atmosphere is welcoming, a classic oriental restaurant with a traditional style, nothing to complain about. In short: the ravioli passed, the sushi failed completely. Personally, I wouldn't return.

12/04/2026: My boyfriend and I dine here very often, and I'd first like to thank the guy who always welcomes us with a smile and such kindness. It's hard to find such warm people. ♡ The sushi is obviously excellent!! I appreciate the fact that there are so many vegetarian options to choose from, each one better than the last. I've tried many Ayce restaurants, but this is undoubtedly one of the best. I highly recommend it. ♡
