24/05/2025: Ciocomilk should be called ciocoacqua. I have been here in the past and have never had any complaints about the quality of the drinks or the service but the new staff puts tap water in a milk drink to fill it up rather than preparing the right portion. On the phone behind the counter rather than serving the customer.

18/05/2025: Until 2023 I used to go there often, I liked their bubble tea, they were precise and polite. I went back at the end of 2024 and when I arrived the girl at the cash register was busy answering some messages on her cell phone and didn't even look at me, even though I always say hello as soon as I enter a place. I asked for a classic, the medium black carbon (which between the two glasses is equivalent to the small one) she made me pay more and it already seemed strange to me but I thought they had raised the prices instead she made me a large glass, but so far so good, is it possible that she heard me badly since they play the music at full blast like in a disco, I go out I walk and start drinking it, and in addition to it being too sugary which doesn't let you taste the tea, they hadn't even put the boba on me, let alone the caramel on the side, they basically made me a big drink of syrup, milk and black tea, something I could have made myself at home without spending 5 euros. I didn't want to go back, but today I thought it was silly to judge them for one bad experience, so today I went and I found total disorganization, he made the receipts, and despite the time passing he didn't prepare the glasses, then he started to prepare the glasses all in a confused way, after 15 minutes of waiting, he started calling the numbers and despite me being the first he called the ones after, until I pointed it out to him, at that point finally after almost 20 minutes of waiting for a bubble tea, I finally got my glass, I went out and started drinking it, and I smelled nothing but syrup, here too the boba seemed to be missing, and then I noticed the jellies that instead of being on the bottom were all floating, then the taste was horrible it seemed like I was drinking the syrup from the bottle without diluting it, it was supposed to be lime and coconut and instead it just tasted sickly sweet. Never again! The quality has dropped a lot in recent years, and apparently even those who work there don't want to work there anymore given their behavior.

17/05/2025: We went there thanks to google suggestions. The food was delicious. (Spring rolls/ Fried rice/ Shrimp dish) Since we didn’t understand Italian a staff member «Mehrana» helped us to select the order, we enjoyed it a lot. She was pleasant, kind and helpful. This review is mainly thanks to her ❤️

15/06/2025: I'm not a fan of the genre, but I have to say that I ate a lot and well; the service was quick and, overall, good value for money. The place is quite small, so I think it's better to book. Plenty of parking near the restaurant. A more than positive experience!

14/05/2025: Food was delicious!! Definitely recommend! Workers are very polite. They have a Chinese menu & Japanese menu. A lot to chose from.

06/05/2025: It's one of my favorite restaurants in the ChinaTown area. I go there often and every time I leave with a smile. They serve ready meals (starters, first courses, second courses, main courses) but it is also possible to grill in Korean BBQ style, given that each table is equipped with a special grill in the centre. I recommend the Bibimbap with bacon, the sweet potato spaghetti with vegetables and tofu, and for grilling, the bacon with spicy sauce. 8 typical appetizers based on vegetables and lettuce to accompany the grilled meat are always offered. Very honest prices, €10~25 each! Recommended place to eat in the company of friends and taste typical (Chinese/Korean) and delicious dishes :)

08/06/2025: Very expensive place for what it offers, with a selection of quality dishes, but it has prices that are not correct, in my opinion, for the Chinatown area. Five microscopic ravioli cannot cost €11, however good they are. In general, all the dishes are a little more expensive than average, but the quality is average. I'm not saying that the food is bad, on the contrary. I'm just saying that the atmosphere is truly unique, thanks to all the books scattered throughout the place, but for the rest you can't pay €25-30 per person for a dish and a bottle of water, and that's not a brand. The staff, however, turned out to be really good and up to par. In short, three stars that could have easily been five if five microscopic ravioli hadn't cost €11.
