Crossing the threshold of this restaurant is like entering a small, secular, essential temple, where nothing exceeds and everything is balance: the form, the silence. The light itself, discreet, seems to invite meditation. The freshness of the ingredients is adequate for the asking price, although some preparations hide the taste of the fish under veils of sauces and aromas that are perhaps a little too insistent. The service, young and zealous, works with unhurried kindness. There are moments, of course, in which the symphony of service falters, perhaps overwhelmed by a clientele too numerous for the strength of the place. But the intent remains noble, and those who have eyes to see will grasp the sincere effort. The “all you can eat” formula – which is talked about so much with haughty contempt – here translates into measured abundance. It is certainly not a Dionysian banquet, but one of polite desire. You eat there with satisfaction, and you leave light-hearted.

03/07/2024: Recientemente intenté visitar el Capitolio Chino Ristorante, solo para descubrir que ha cerrado definitivamente. Esto fue increíblemente decepcionante, ya que tenía grandes expectativas. El cierre debe indicarse claramente para evitar la pérdida de tiempo de los clientes. Insto al equipo de mantenimiento a eliminar "Ristorante Chinese Capitol" de la lista de restaurantes recomendados. Garantizar que solo se presenten establecimientos operativos y de calidad es esencial para evitar tales inconvenientes en el futuro.

The girl who served us was very rude, she tripped over the feet of a little girl (my niece) and without even apologizing she made a face as if to imply that it was the little girl's fault. Among other things, they made the little girl (3 years old, I imagine how much sushi she can eat) pay for the menu because they saw her eat a few pieces of clouds from my plate. The same girl came to the table to say that if the little girl ate she had to pay. It certainly wasn't my intention not to pay for the child, let alone... but I didn't see the need, I would never have done it. Terrible management, you can also have a good product but for the rest I would give you zero.

22/03/2025: We have been going there for years, we always come back. I recommend ordering one type of course and a few dishes at a time, for example first the appetizers and then the first courses to avoid them arriving in a random sequence. The parking lot for the car is small and you have to park in other commercial establishments.
