The owner, Ciro, is the beating heart of the place: with his contagious smile and his attention to every customer, he makes everyone feel at home. In the kitchen, chef Pasquale creates dishes that celebrate the freshness of local fish, combining tradition and a touch of creativity. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, with a room decorated in nautical style making every meal a sensorial experience. The tasting menu is a journey through the flavors of the Mediterranean: from raw appetizers, with impeccable oysters and red prawns, to seafood scialatielli, cooked to perfection and seasoned with a sauce that enhances the flavor of the fish. The shellfish risotto is another strong point, creamy and balanced, while the mixed fry surprises with its lightness and crunchiness. 09/04/2025: Pizza 🍕 in rutiello made with selected wholemeal flour is phenomenal to try in a unique experience........ unfortunately only on Thursdays 👍💪🙋‍♂️

27/03/2025: We ate (they make it on Thursdays) pizza with wholemeal flour cooked in a pan and in a wood-fired oven. We tried the marinara and the diavola, both very good. Really excellent and light dough. Great ingredients and great flavor. Really friendly staff and great service overall. Standard but low prices for the quality of pizzas and ingredients. We will be back

07/04/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary and as always we were deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of innovative dishes, with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure our lunch was memorable, providing excellent advice and ensuring our satisfaction. I can never recommend the Carlo Romano restaurant enough for a fantastic culinary experience" and hospitality.. always the TOP.
