23/08/2025: Based on my experience at other restaurants in the area, I believe that the quality-to-quantity ratio of the food served does not justify the price, not to mention the service, which left a little to be desired.
17/08/2025: Everything we ordered was truly exceptional, incredibly fresh and expertly prepared with the flavors of Cilento. However…you absolutely need to improve your table service timing, because waiting an hour for appetizers to arrive means the method you use from taking the order to the dish arriving is decidedly flawed. I speak with knowledge, having worked in the restaurant industry for several years. Slow food is fine, but this will take away your appetite. 😂
And another thing! If I order a dish (parmigiana) and after the appetizers (so after an hour and a half) you tell me it's out of stock, you're also putting me off ordering anything else, because who knows when it will arrive and… if it will even be available.

10/09/2025: The outdoor space, with its simple design, is well-suited to hosting even large groups, who might be attracted by the affordable price. However, they'll also find prompt service and a decidedly decent quality. Definitely worth considering!

23/12/2025: Salerno's historic pizzeria, serving traditional dishes just like home. It's not just a pizzeria, then. Homemade croquettes and arancini are exceptional, as is the pizza—the best in our magnificent city. Try it and believe it.
17/12/2025: We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening in August. We sat down at 8:00 PM and, incredibly, by 10:30 PM we still hadn't received our pizzas. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly asked the staff for an explanation, each time receiving the same response: "It's coming."
We were with a hungry and tired 9-year-old child, and in the end, we decided to leave without having eaten. When we left, around 10:30 PM, not only did no one apologize, but the gentleman behind the register even gave us a rude goodbye, throwing away the receipt for the water we wanted to pay for anyway.
An act that left us speechless. As my husband said: "We will never set foot in this restaurant again."
An experience to absolutely forget.

14/09/2025: The terrace overlooking the sea is fabulous. I'm sorry I can't say the same about the food. Spaghetti with clams and tuna bottarga: no tuna bottarga, the spaghetti al dente, the clams plentiful...no connection. Two separate first courses on the same plate. Cost €25
The tuna steak and fried calamari were good. Prices are a bit high...you pay for the view. 4 first courses and 2 second courses with a glass of wine €180

Everything was handled with precision, punctuality, and great availability, characteristics that demonstrate a truly professional approach. I highly recommend them.
01/10/2025: I went to this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of them.
The service was quite fast, but the food, unfortunately, didn't make up for the wait.
I'd also say the bill was disproportionate to what you received.
I recommend the pizza.
As for the location, I'd say there's room for improvement; I definitely won't be returning.
The historic center is worth a visit.

03/01/2026: Very slow service, almost frozen tartare, tasteless spaghetti with clams and lupini beans, slightly high prices for the portions. Probably a coincidence, given the positive reviews. If I ever return, I'll be happy to update my review.

31/08/2024: Una terrazza stupenda sul golfo di policastro.abbiamo mangiato pizze buonissime,non quelle napoletane certo,ma più una bella focaccia con ingredienti ottimi.patatine fritte stra buone e croccanti.lo consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a chi ha bambini per il bello spazio all'aperto.
29/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena il 25/824. Dopo un giro a Scario,decidiamo di fermarci per una pizza. Locale molto spartano ma accogliente,con una bella vista. Camerieri è proletario molto gentile alla mano. Ordinato due pizze,arrivano subito. Buone e sopratutto abbondanti. Conto più che giusto.

11/12/2024: Puede que el tiempo fuera no haya sido el mejor, ¡pero ciertamente estaba dentro!
La comida era excelente, todos los productos locales y magníficamente cocinado. Desde los aperitivos, pasando por la pasta y por el curso de carne todos en nuestro grupo de seis quedaron encantados.
Cabe destacar especialmente su vino local Aglianico / Cabernet Franc, que es excelente.
En general Romeo y su equipo son muy recomendables.
27/09/2024: Mangiato veramente bene e abbondante ad un prezzo medio. Antipasti, primi e dolce. Tutto molto molto buono. Beati coloro che vivono vicino e quindi possono godere di questo ristorante
