06/08/2024: A place where I often return very willingly and the last time I was there for lunch to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It is a place with an elegant and modern style, beautiful and with attention to the smallest details like no other in the Restaurant and Pizzeria category (think that in the toilet, always very clean and fragrant, there are mini terry towels and courtesy set for brushing your teeth). The service is excellent, from the girl at the reception to the dining room manager Ferdinando. Finally, the food always leaves you more than satisfied, whether you choose the restaurant or the pizzeria. All dishes are always well presented, with excellent quality of raw materials, always well prepared by a talented young chef. The value for money: UNBEATABLE! WELL GOOD EVERYONE.....and see you next time.... UPDATE: ........After the last experience at the end of June 2024, described above, we had dinner yesterday 5 August and, although the kindness of all the staff is unquestionable, starting from Angela's warm welcome, I have to say that something has changed. There was a certain disorganization and approximation between the dining room staff and the kitchen: dishes on the menu were not available but the dining room staff was not informed, very long service times, and finally the picanha was decidedly tough. Overall it is certainly worth a new visit.

04/08/2024: Very nice place, fast service We took fried foods and the girls in the room advised us to try the bao. the waitresses in the room were very friendly and knowledgeable Note of merit to Ilaria and Teresa who took care of our table

15/08/2024: Everything was very good, the seafood carbonara was a fairytale, the kindness, service and environment were on par with the flavours........HIGHLY RECOMMENDED❤️

12/08/2024: They don't have a written menu, it's the owner who illustrates the dishes of the day orally. He recommended the seafood appetizer which includes both cold and hot dishes, including the famous Genoese tuna, and seafood carbonara as a first course. 17/06/2024: La novità è un ristorante molto rinomato della zona: si trova a cavallo tra Nocera Superiore e Cava dei Tirreni. Locale non molto grande e che risente del peso del tempo. Antipasto di terra senza infamia e senza lode: prodotti buoni ma niente di eccezionale, sopratutto riguardo ai salumi. Buona la carne, presentate in varie varianti. Scioglievole, succulenta e ben cotta. Personale molto gentile e attento.

15/05/2024: Excellent fish restaurant, although recently they have changed starters (instead of soft and crunchy tentacle they now bring you micro octopus... obviously it's not the same thing).

10/08/2024: Delicious sandwiches and excellent service. I wouldn't change it for the world! Inside the place is very nice and I recommend it to everyone because you will eat the best sandwiches in the area.

20/07/2024: The restaurant presents itself with a very familiar and easy-going location. The atmosphere is calm. Service average, slightly slow. But given the demand for particular pizzas I would say the right thing. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional. The menu has a wide choice of fried foods, pizzas, panPizza etc.. The food is good, of good quality, fully respects the environment, the dough is excellent and the pizzas that you can choose are unique. The prices are low, they fully respect what you eat. My considerations on the acqua è farina pizzeria are positive, excellent welcome, a simple logo, you eat well and you spend the right amount. I will definitely return. Advised.

29/06/2024: The place is really nice and welcoming even if it is not in the center of a big city, I had dinner on a Thursday and there were seats available outside, which is excellent in summer, the pizza is really very good, light and with quality ingredients, as well as the fried spiral cut potatoes and the fried mozzarella sticks are also very tasty, excellent service, in short everything was excellent and perfect, I will return.

03/05/2024: Attracted by the particular atmosphere and, sure of not making mistakes, I wanted to try this place! As I imagined my expectations were not disappointed....! Unique environment, refined and with attention to the smallest details where you can breathe an atmosphere of old-time clubs thanks also to the musical background chosen with taste and accuracy! The cuisine of the fantastic chef features seasonal dishes that are cooked and presented with delicate skill.... Much attention is paid to the choice of excellent raw materials and their seasonality with a particular eye to healthy food and vegetarian cuisine... (despite the presence of traditional dishes, masterfully revisited...) Thursday sandwiches are an explosion of flavors and vary from vegan to classic with the possibility of choosing the type of bread, both wholemeal and classic... The icing on the cake is the extreme kindness and hospitality of the owners who immediately put you at ease, a quality not common to everyone.... In short, it is immediately clear, as soon as you cross the threshold of this place, that there is passion in everything they do and that there is nothing artificial (as unfortunately often happens around). "Essence" and "sophistication" are the key words.. Heartfelt congratulations. My rating is 5 full stars!
