10/03/2024: The atmosphere seems like that of a Neapolitan tavern, welcoming, but elegant and bright. However, everything that revolves around this restaurant is completely different. Impeccable service, tidy and spotlessly clean tables. The tasting experience is special, fun and with a fantastic taste. Chef Marianna Vitale deserves even more than one Michelin star. You can see that there is study and research behind each dish, starting from the taste and flavors up to the plating. We did the 7 course tasting with wines. Thank you for this wonderful experience that we will certainly do again.

07/03/2024: The food is certainly of an excellent standard and some dishes are also very sophisticated with flavors that you don't usually try. I can't give 5 stars for some details which in a starred hotel should all be at the top. Service is not impeccable, as in other restaurants of this kind I expect the water to be poured every time the glass is emptied, but instead the bottle also ran out and we had to ask for it to be replaced. Some of the dishes were top-notch, others a little less so, like tubes with cooked peas and prawns, among other things there was some intestine left attached to those. I repeat details for goodness sake. But to give 5 stars especially in a place where you pay like a star I would have expected everything to the maximum. Very good wine tasting and compared to other restaurants of this level the dishes were decidedly more abundant than average! You won't leave here hungry as happens in some cases.

26/03/2024: Ordered gluten-free takeaway pizza if you have celiac disease. With three wood-fired ovens available, cooked in the kitchen oven, even found in the cardboard with the disposable aluminum tray (so it was confirmation that it was DEFINITELY not cooked with wood). A simple marinara whose dough was soaked in oil (hardly digestible) and paid a good €8 (€4 more for the marinara with gluten). As a celiac, I will definitely not return again.

10/03/2024: Nice bar, you immediately notice the pastry shop, I ate a good croissant, enjoyed a good coffee, a place with great attention to detail.

31/12/2023: Excellent bar in Via Campana in Quarto with a good offer of desserts and coffee, very good cappuccinos. Very friendly and polite staff as well as helpful and a good atmosphere which doesn't hurt.

14/03/2024: Location accogliente, personale top, e cibo ottimo. Antipasto consigliato: polpettine di scottona con crema di peperoni. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

16/08/2023: Amo le bracerie e questa per me è la migliore della zona. Pulita innanzitutto, personale cordiale e cibo di ottima qualità. Il pollo di sasa' è il migliore Dell area flegrea. Le carni sono ottime e ben cucinate. Senza considerare la location. Ben tenuta e curata nei minimi particolari. Ci vado spesso e ci ritorno sempre molto volentieri

16/03/2024: Le Fattorie Albatros sono, in assoluto, l'agriturismo migliore che c'è nei dintorni di Napoli, precisamente si trova a Quarto. La cucina è Spettacolare: l'antipasto Albatros comprende un ventaglio di formaggi, affettati, minestre e tante prelibatezze che, quasi, da sole, sazierebbero un cristiano! I primi, poi, sono abbondanti ed i condimenti gustosissimi (la pasta fresca è uno Spettacolo!) e la carne, soprattutto la bistecca, si taglia come il burro ed è il paradiso dei "carnivori", come il sottoscritto. Infine il tavolo davanti al camino scoppiettante, la TV maxischermo e, per ultimo, ma non certamente per importanza (anzi!), il grande Gennaro (per gli amici, Genny) con la sua cordialità, gentilezza e professionalità, che accompagna i clienti con consigli sempre centrati ed attenzioni, completano il quadro dei motivi per i quali, le Fattorie Albatros, sono assolutamente da inserire nella lista degli amici ristoratori! Vi dico solo che, la settimana scorsa, ci sono tornato per festeggiare i 18 anni di mia figlia: divenni loro cliente nel lontano 2001, appena fidanzato con mia moglie (la "parola" con mia moglie, il battesimo e la 1° Comunione dei miei figli, etc.), in pratica, tutte le ricorrenze più importanti! Un solo appunto...che venga riaperto quanto prima il negozio per la vendita di formaggi, mozzarelle di bufala, affettati, vino, uova, etc. che erano un ulteriore motivo per fargli visita!

For gluten-free they only brought me ham and mozzarella Pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 gluten free sausage and chips 🍟 🍟 🍟 good. The flaw is that even having booked the others they didn't eat the first one because the seafood one was finished and after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting ⏳️ ⏳️ ⏳️ the waiter arrives, places 2 wrong first courses and leaves.... then he justified himself by saying that it was all over....they left HUNGRY 😂😂😂 after tons of staples
