02/08/2025: Terrible experience. The clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE, both in her manner and words. Her attitude was contemptuous and arrogant. After a 35-minute wait (opening late despite the sign), she treated us like paupers and asked the other (kinder) clerk to serve us. It's a shame because the island is beautiful.

09/11/2025: 4 Only because we were there in early November did it offer fewer amenities; the pool area was closed, as was the restaurant. But otherwise, we had a great time; it's not far from the center, and the room had access to a garden where we could relax and get some sun. The staff was kind and helpful.

01/10/2025: The hotel is clean and spacious. We truly felt at home. Paolo and his sisters, who carefully manage this hotel, are communicative, very polite, and above all, friendly. They provided us with all the information we needed to fully explore the island of Procida, and also provided historical insights into its attractions: we truly felt at home. The hotel is just steps from the wonderful Postino beach and many other beaches. The hotel also has a comfortable pool, with wide steps to enter the water. We opted for half-board: a generous breakfast, with excellent croissants and other traditional pastries, the magnificent and delicious Lingue di Gatto. Dinner was prepared by Paolo himself or his sisters, who are truly excellent chefs: always a top-notch menu, comparable to that of other high-end establishments. Myself, my wife, and my twin daughters stayed at this beautiful and charming facility from September 7th to 9th, 2025, and I can't wait to return. Thanks again to Paolo and his sisters. 20/08/2024: non essendo residenti dell’hotel abbiamo chiesto se si potesse mangiare lo stesso ,non ci verrei una seconda Volta troppo tempo nel portare le cose, abbiamo aspettato due ore per dei piatti facilissimi. location molto bella e moderna, con piscina, ma veramente troppo tempo e non ne vale la pena
