04/03/2025: I'm sorry to go against the grain, but I believe that if a company approaches e-commerce and has a website it must provide adequate support to customers. It is unacceptable that customers are not considered and it is not possible to communicate. Attracted by the renowned Chameleon Guide which ranks one of their single portions in third place in Italy, I try to understand how to buy it. It seems like a joke but below I report my experience. From my cell phone, I tried calling: -11 times (from 08.30 to 18 on weekdays on 4 different days) to the landline indicated on the site. No response. -7 times (from 08.30 to 18 on weekdays on 4 different days) to the mobile phone indicated on the site. No response. -I therefore make one last attempt by writing an email sent 7 days ago to the email indicated on the site and to which I have never received a reply We are in 2025, it would be appropriate for the consumer to be supported in a different way. I'm sorry but I advise you to only manage local customers because those like me who want to get closer to your product don't have the possibility. ******************************** In response to the owner's request, an email was re-sent with screenshots of the phone calls made. they would be more than double those indicated because those from office landlines are obviously not recoverable

30/01/2025: The excellence of coffee, courtesy, affordable prices, passion and cleanliness. The Costanzo café is a meeting place for many people who, in addition to a good coffee, are looking for the opportunity to sit back and read a book or chat with a friend. You feel at home there

01/02/2025: Inexperienced and respectful staff. Questionable food, as far as the aperitif is concerned.

02/03/2025: If you go to a barbecue place, you can't give a bottle of wine at 18 euros for contaminated colored water! A nice dinner and good overpaid meat well ruined for a bottle of I don't know what!

02/03/2025: As soon as we arrived in the room there was a table occupied by two people and there were 4 of us so there were 6 people in the room. The order clerk makes a mistake in taking the order and after ordering a platter for 2 people and 2 sandwiches we find ourselves with a platter for 4 people and 2 sandwiches (very good platter). Unfortunately, the apparently very appetizing sandwiches turned out to be a flop as the meat inside was very dry. Also it should have been an Angus burger but it wasn't at all. Overall the service needs to be reviewed, the owner is very kind and helpful, we will certainly return to understand if it was all a single episode.

26/12/2024: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred at this establishment. I was refused payment for a winning €25 Scratch Card on the grounds that it had not been purchased in this tobacco shop. I want to underline that, according to State Monopolies regulations, any authorized retailer is required to pay winnings up to €500, regardless of the place of purchase. I find it unfair that I was denied the collection, creating an inconvenience that could have been avoided simply by respecting the rules. I hope that a more adequate service will be provided in the future, in line with official provisions
