29/06/2024: Very bad experience. We asked for pizzas to be delivered to our home at 9.30pm, asking for confirmation over and over again and they reassured us that they would respect the time. We called back at 9.45pm and were told the delivery guy had gone out for another delivery, had to come back and then would come out with our delivery. We had also asked if we could pick them up ourselves, so as not to wait for the delivery, which was already late, but we were told that we couldn't pick them up because otherwise we would have had problems with the people waiting there who would have made a fuss about it. see us arrive and get the pizza (booked well in advance). At 10pm we called back because the wait was now 30 minutes and there wasn't even a sign of the pizzas. We had guests at home and we made a terrible impression, despite having given us confirmation that the pizza would be at home at 9.30pm. Truly terrible service, there are no excuses. If you cannot guarantee a service, it is useless to take on so many orders just to earn more, because in this way you will only lose customers and only create problems for those who rely on the times you say. At 10pm we called again and said yes, I'll let you have the boy out soon. Really unprofessional, I do not recommend them to everyone, especially for deliveries, service rated 0. 10/08/2024: I was there for the first time in 2021. I was thrilled with the panini. There is a lot to choose from and top quality. The owner is very personable and friendly. That's why I can only recommend it. The cornetto di notte is also highly recommended. For children there is a kind of Happy Meal, but much better than at McDonalds. And the prices are appropriate. Every year when I go to Naples I eat there.

23/07/2024: Avevamo deciso di fermarci in questa pizzeria perché ci era stata consigliata da amici. Siamo però rimasti molto delusi per l' interminabile attesa ( circa due ore). Il locale era pieno di clienti, ma l'aria condizionata era al minimo ( si sudava). Altra nota dolente, la presenza di un cane di grossa taglia presente in sala, proprio vicino al nostro tavolo che ripetutamente abbaiava creando un notevole disagio. Visto che un componente della mia famiglia è allergico al pelo dei cani, ci siamo chiesti se questa presenza del cane era autorizzata dalla pizzeria, visto che a motivo di questa seria esigenza abbiamo più volte verificato sul sito ufficiale che i cani non erano ammessi. Con nostra sorpresa il titolare, con dei modi al quanto maleducati ci ha snobbati dicendo che nel loro locale erano ammessi i cani. Che dire...........MAI PIÙ IN QUESTA PIZZERIA.

10/07/2024: Sono stato in questa pizzeria per la prima locale molto accogliente aria condizionata quasi inesistente o almeno non sufficiente da coprire il locale abbastanza grande prodotto usati per la pizza frittatina e crocche ottimi servizio da rivedere soprattutto nella consegna arrivava ciò ordinato a tratti aspettando oltre un ora prezzi medio/alti complessivamente la consiglio ma c'è da migliorare
