17/07/2024: Dopo lavorato abbiamo deciso di fermarci x cenare.. l'accoglienza e stata ottima..ci hanno proposto lo stendino e devo dire un ottimo consiglio..abbiamo mangiato tt le cose tipiche loro ..e che dire della pizza..impasto soffice .. ingredienti freschi...e x finire una bella pasta e patate al centro..in un buonissimo e soffice cestino di pizza.fantastico.noi ritorneremo sicuramente..lo consiglio anche a voi

01/03/2024: I have been to Caivano twice for work and I have used the structure for the night and meals. Rooms perhaps a little dated but very clean and well maintained. The meals both midday and evening are always very good and with a wide choice. Right breakfast for my standards (croissant and coffee). Internal parking. Fair price. Very kind and helpful staff. I will come back again next time

27/05/2024: Yesterday I celebrated my daughter's communion in this location and it was nothing short of wonderful, everything was excellent with attention to the smallest details, the staff were welcoming and always available. Appreciated by relatives and friends..... I was very very satisfied thank you thank you for making this day perfect😊

I was there a Sunday ago and it was a day of great nightmare, perhaps the only one who made me calm was the manager, for the rest I can only say that everything was disorganised, everything agreed was not done while the menu was not bad.
If I had to recommend at all as the property is not at all hospitable.

I was here for some kind of event where the goal was to "get to know other people", but never mind, that's not what's important.
The fried food isn't the best (and let's ignore it), the pizzas were delivered to the table after 1pm (and let's ignore this too), what I can't and don't want to ignore is the lack of payment via POS. Magically the POS was broken and they didn't have the thoughtfulness to warn about a hundred people about this small inconvenience. The lady at the checkout even got annoyed when asked to pay with the POS. Bah

07/02/2024: I went in the summer of 2020 to celebrate my 25th year of marriage, only today I recovered from that bad nightmare where I was already so AFRAID about the pandemic, but I couldn't wait to celebrate my party. It was all total crap from the food to the waiters and the final gem was my husband's name on the cake written with 2g and I think Biagio is written with a.

26/07/2024: pizzeria which when it opened objectively offered the best product in Caivano. perfect leavening and soft dough.
then a continuous decline, mind you the pizza remains good but nothing like what they used to offer a few years after opening; just compare the appearance of the pizzas with that of the old reviews.
on the service side they remain (as they were) uncommentable in the management of orders and turnout; It also happened to me that I called at 8pm and received the pizza at after 11am.
It's still a good place to order when there's no one there, forget about it on the weekend

15/05/2024: Historic commercial business in the area, excellent gastronomy products, variety and abundance, very satisfied.
Unfortunately, customer education does not facilitate a faster and more efficient service, although the friendly and helpful staff satisfies every request. Maybe a queue remover tool (the little number) could help.
