14/12/2024: We arrive at the Baita without a reservation, and we can say that we are practically the first, therefore with the place empty. An extraordinary location, with one room more beautiful than the other, but we were made to sit in a cold room with jets of cold air on us, making it impossible to stay there. Upon request to change tables, the first waiter says that it is not possible and only when we decide to leave does the manager change our table, placing us near the stove, acting nice and exclaiming that being in the mountains it is cold. We decide to fly over, to try the meat specialty. We were left at the table for more than 15 minutes without water or even menus. (Alone, without any other table). We order an appetizer followed by two pieces of fine meat with baked potatoes. The appetizer ends, delicious, varied, the first piece of meat arrives served on the COLD lava stone, forcing us after the first 3 pieces of meat, to finish the remaining practically cold, as well as the cold baked potatoes both outside and inside. The second piece of meat arrives, even more abundant and again on a cold stone, so we point this out, and we are told that they don't heat it more than a certain number of degrees because it would continue cooking. In conclusion, €250 bill for two with inattentive, rude staff and truly poor service for the place, the meat delicious, but with what you pay there you eat it cold, it's truly ridiculous for the quality of the place and the meat itself .
