07/12/2024: Tutti dobbiamo fare in modo che realtà come questa non finiscano. Da qui nasce il riscatto di queste terre. Lo chef di Rurù potrebbe stare in questo momento a cucinare, in realtà come Parigi, Londra o Dubai. Invece no, la scelta di combattere in questa terra è per questa terra! In questa esperienza ho vista ricerca, studio e voglia di riscatto. Accoppiamenti fini ed efficaci, uniti alla sapienza dello chef.
01/12/2024: RURU is not just a restaurant, it is a sensorial journey that is absolutely worth undertaking. Chef Davide is a true gem of San Gregorio al Matese. The dishes he proposed to us were an explosion of flavors and creativity, surprisingly exquisite, capable of conquering both the palate and the sight. The attention to detail is evident, with a perfect harmony between the highest quality ingredients and an elegant presentation. Congratulations to the whole team!
