What is most striking is the excellent value for money with the highest quality ingredients and a very light pizza dough which makes even the richest pizza super digestible.. Perfect cooking.. what can I say, we will be back very soon.
06/03/2025: Sono stato stasera e ho mangiato LA PIZZA. Qualità del cibo ottima, servizio ottimo, pulizia del locale ottimo. Tutto lo staff ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Darei anche 10 stelle. Non mangiavo una pizza così da tempo. Volete una Pizza? Andate da questi ragazzi. Un saluto dalla Puglia-Trani Antonio.

19/01/2025: Restaurant inside the ducal palace, refined environment. Polite and welcoming staff are very attentive to making guests feel good. Traditional cuisine, appetizer with more than the right portions, excellent parmigiana, meatballs with meat sauce. Excellent first courses with cacio e pepe and tubettone potatoes and prawns. The meat on the lava stone is tender and tasty!!! Delicious tiramisu and cannoli!!! We will return.
19/12/2024: We had a really enjoyable evening at the Moles restaurant. The elegant atmosphere, delicious food and impeccable service made our dinner an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy true Italian cuisine in a unique and evocative setting

29/03/2024: I don't know if it can be defined as pizza because the dry cornices then the acidic tomato purée and tasteless mozzarella then some time ago I came to this place with a group and I ordered a nugget from the photo it looked excellent then in person the béchamel was very strange then the burnt ham and finally the potato nuggets inside just doesn't seem to have any sign of cheese or anything like that. Then let's not talk about the overly exaggerated prices that make no sense. shameful this restaurant / pizzeria I do not recommend anyone to come

16/07/2023: Abbiamo ordinato 2 metri di pizza da consegnare a casa e non vi dico come sono arrivate tutte e due bruciate, dopo circa 3 mesi sono tornato in questa pizzeria e devo dire si sono dimenticati di come si fa una pizza. Gli anni passati erano i migliori a parete adesso sono diventati i peggiori.
