22/12/2024: Last week I celebrated my graduation. It was an intimate dinner, with few guests and the attention to detail was IMPECCABLE, all the staff are at your disposal and make you feel pampered and loved, as well as at home. Fabulous location, impeccable setting and exquisite dishes. The only flaw that made all the guests turn up their noses a bit was the speed of the service, one course after another literally non-stop. At one point I felt bad about the speed with which I was eating, I went out for 10 minutes to recover and when I came back I discovered that they had brought the cake to the table and offered the bitters. As a birthday girl, I didn't even see the cake (the edible one) because in those 10 minutes they had both brought it to the table and taken it away (so I didn't really eat it). At the end of the evening, the manager told us to take it home but the head nurse told us that it was no longer there (they had probably already thrown it away) - it was probably a misunderstanding on our part because we thought he meant the edible one .
Would I go back? Definitely but as long as they give me time to enjoy the dishes. All in all, apart from this small flaw, it was a beautiful evening and many guests were fascinated by it.

27/01/2025: INCREDIBLE is the right adjective to describe what this property has to offer. Many didn't believe us when we said that we had chosen this structure literally IN A SLOSE BOX. First location we saw for our wedding, a meeting that lasted more than an hour during which the director Antonio made us experience an incredible emotion. (I would like to underline that with great honesty he told us not to stop at the first structure and to look at some others... but there was no point, none of the others aroused the same emotion in us). No food tests, nothing at all... we completely trusted it and today we can only be prouder of our choice. We received compliments for the location defined as RELAXING AND CLEANED, the staff impeccable and attentive to every need, the excellent food and the spectacular corners. Mariangela, our wedding of incredible sweetness and sensitivity. Alessandra, the room manager, a young, dynamic and super professional girl.
Ermann and Anella from the UNIQUE piano bar. Two spectacular voices and so empathetic that they entertained us and had fun with us as an integral part of the guests. Antonio, the director, what can I say... the first face encountered in this facility who, before showing his face, put a contagious smile on us. He advised us like a father and entertained us like a friend. All the emotions experienced here at Medea will remain imprinted in our hearts. Advised? No, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ❤️
25/12/2024: I would like to point out that I am not a person given to reviews or criticisms, I usually take note and don't come back to it, however, considering the past I cannot do otherwise.
Although the rooms are acceptable, the behavior of the staff of this facility, following the stay, is almost unprofessional, invasive and decidedly unacceptable.
I limit myself to writing these few lines, I have already reported the incident via email waiting for a manager or whoever to at least apologize for the concrete fact.

Mio figlio ed io , hamburger di scottona probabilmente appena uscito dal congelatore . Nel mio piatto un insalata fradicia , che a detta dalla cameriera era solo per decorazione 🙄🙄
Mio marito , frittura di pesce scadente .
Non ci torneremo

25/01/2025: Extremely disorganised, the owner, after our complaints about waiting for around 1.45 hours, informed us that the wait was due to the priority of take-away pizzas over those sitting in the dining room. Problem also encountered by the waiters who advised us to ask the owner.

Tutte le pietanze provate, tra gli antipasti, polpo fritto, zuppa di pesce, baccalà mantecato, baccalà in pasta kataifi e tra i primi, tagliolini cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi e pasta patate provola e cozze, ci hanno molto soddisfatto! Unica nota dolente: il cannolo siciliano, non croccante quindi non fresco…
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo!
Torneremo molto volentieri!
02/12/2024: Locale ben curato ed arredato, personale gentile e disponibile. Pizze accettabili qualitativamente anche se non di mio gradimento. Rapporto qualità / prezzo insufficiente, ma soprattutto prezzo del vino esagerato: una bottiglia di vino falanghina dei campi Flegrei cantina Astroni 18 euro; al supermercato Famila di Vitulazio a prezzo pieno (non in offerta) si trova a 5,99 euro.

17/11/2024: Dated place, large, spacious and at the same time welcoming! Clear and correct formulas for the fixed menus, musically well managed with good speakers, large spaces for dancing and DJ console in an elevated space, almost to say.... to have everything under control (the colored lights and the artificial fog were also beautiful). We had a good time, and the dance music after the masterful piano bar and the karaoke were very nice
08/11/2024: The cartwheel didn't excite us. From a hygienic point of view I didn't like that the pizza overflowed from the plate onto the table without a tablecloth. The staff is very efficient. The prices of the pizzas are above the norm.

17/01/2025: E’ stata la prima volta nella mia vita in cui ho avvertito la necessità di scaricare appositamente quest’applicazione per recensire un locale a dir poco SPAVENTOSO, a seguito di un’esperienza indimenticabile e ineguagliabile.
Sono stata in questo posto con la mia famiglia, la delusione non ha tardato a rivelarsi. Appena arrivati ci siamo imbattuti in un locale “all’apparenza” accogliente ed elegante, la realtà è stata l’esatto opposto.
Attenzione al cliente pari a 0, personale scortese e sgarbato…annoiato.
Abbiamo atteso per l’arrivo del personale al nostro tavolo ore, e lo stesso tra una portata e l’altra, dovendo richiamare ripetutamente anche per una bottiglia d’acqua.
Riguardo le pietanze, partendo dai primi ad arrivare alla frittura di pesce…beh, di ottimo c’è stato soltanto il tempo atteso per il loro arrivo, valeva la pena non fossero mai arrivate. Una grandissima presa in giro.
Se doveste trovarvi in zona evitate questo locale INQUALIFICABILE, PESSIMO, perché aggettivo più dispregiativo non esiste.

31/07/2024: Location mozzafiato con sorgente fiabesca con anatre e oche,ma pecca imperdonabile la lentezza GIGANTESCA in tutto...sembra di vivere in una moviola vivente....40 minuti per l'ordinazione, 2 ore e mezza per l'arrivo al tavolo di una semplice pizza, 30 minuti per ricevere il conto finale ed un unico cameriere quasi irraggiungibile e da solo tra 40 tavoli...peccato, sarebbe da valorizzare molto di più
24/07/2024: La location è carina ma la disorganizzazione regna e il servizio è quel che è. Non è la prima volta che vengo, ma la situazione è peggiorata. Tavoli attacco uno all’altro. Un solo cameriere per le ordinazioni, mentre gli altri ragazzi girovagavano senza fare nulla. Siamo riusciti ad ordinare dopo 40 minuti dal nostro arrivo. Per ogni cosa che chiedevamo abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti. Per il pane, tovaglioli, acqua etc. È stata una tortura. Camerieri poco attenti e preparati. Hanno sbagliato le ordinazioni, dimenticavano di portare i piatti e dopo varie sollecitazioni li portavano, senza aver tolto i piatti vuoti. Ad un certo punto non sapevamo più come mangiare. Il parcheggiatore che viene a chiamarti mentre mangi per spostare le macchine, il signore che canta e si mette nelle orecchie. Insomma, cibo buono ma servizio e personale indecente. Più che passare una serata piacevole abbiamo passato una serata a dire “chissà tra quanto ce lo porta”
