Review text:
I recently dined at I BUFALI pizzeria and was completely won over. If you're tired of the usual pizzas and are looking for a culinary experience that focuses entirely on quality, this is the place for you.
What truly sets this pizzeria apart from the crowd is the obsessive attention to the ingredients. You can clearly sense, from the first bite, their constant pursuit of excellence. They don't use "standard" ingredients, but truly top-quality products.
Given the name "I Bufali," expectations for the dairy products were incredibly high, and they were far exceeded: the buffalo mozzarella was simply breathtaking, fresh, flavorful, and with the perfect texture. But that's not all: from the tomato (which tastes like real tomatoes!) to the raw EVOO, to the cured meats used for the toppings, every single element on the plate screamed freshness and authenticity.
It's all supported by a light and perfectly digestible dough, which provides the perfect backdrop without ever overpowering the flavors of the ingredients.
My sincere compliments to the entire staff for choosing uncompromising quality. A must-try for those who love authentic pizza. I'll definitely be back!

Breakfast here is a true ritual. The coffee is simply perfect: creamy, intense, and expertly prepared. But the real surprise is the baked goods counter. I've rarely seen such a vast and carefully curated selection of croissants! Forget the usual, bland flavors; here you're spoiled for choice, with unique fillings and combinations not found in many other bars. Starting your day like this is a whole different story.
The place, however, changes face in the evening and maintains the highest quality standards. Whether you're craving a crispy pizza or a well-filled sandwich, you won't be disappointed. All this is accompanied by a selection of unique and refined beers, perfect for those who love discovering new flavors beyond the usual commercial brands.
Highly recommended for both a king-size breakfast and a casual yet quality dinner!

22/04/2025: Locale ben organizzato dagli ampi spazzi ben tenuto.
Personale attento alla clientela, Sebastiano è un ospite molto cordiale.
L'antipasto è composto da tanti assaggi, che comprende sia latticini, focacce e verdure, tutto molto sfizioso e buono. I primi sono anche loro abbondanti e ben preparati. La carne l'ho trovata cotta il giusto tenera e gustosa.
Frutta e dolce a chiudere nella norma a chiudere.
C'è stata data la possibilità del bis sui primi.
Una menzione particolare va al liquore alle mele, veramente molto buono.
Prezzo adeguato per la giornata particolare della mia visita.
Chiudo dicendo che il giudizio è al ribasso rispetto alle effettive potenzialità del locale perché è normale che servizi e qualità tenta a perdere un po' in queste giornate di festa. Quindi spero di aver l'occasione di poter visitare il ristorante in un giornata normale per poter gustare al meglio quello che offre e dargli le cinque stelle.

21/04/2025: Il ristorante ha un bel cortile con galline e un interno gradevole ma un po’ stretto, senza connessione internet. Gli antipasti sono misti: bocconcini asciutti, ma ottimo prosciutto e ricotta fresca. I primi (pasta al sugo, fusilli all’ortolana e tagliatelle ai funghi) buoni, anche se non eccezionali. La carne è ottima, meno convincente quella impanata. Patate deliziose, dolce ben fatto, caffè dal sapore bruciato, limoncello discreto. Le porzioni risultano piccole e servite tutte al centro del tavolo. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è positiva, anche se con margini di miglioramento su servizio, quantità e alcuni dettagli dei piatti.

03/09/2024: Ho visitato con amore il luogo trovato a Voltuara Irpina. Personale accogliente e caloroso. Cucina eccezionale con ricchezze e sapori unici. Piscine al dir poco paradisiache con servizi igienici ottimi. Acqua limpida con idromassaggio. Esperienza da rifare soprattutto in coppia. Relax e natura dominano.
15/08/2024: Un dei peggiori posti che abbia visitato, all'inizio siamo andati sopra alla piscina, su di essa due cani uno di salvataggio e l'altro completamente a caso io che ho la fobia dei cani é stato un inferno, prima inizia ad andare verso di me poi il padrone del ristorante lo riprende un quarto d'ora dopo,una vera vergogna, entrati dentro una confusione con il karaoke al 1000%
Persone che stonano, con la mia famiglia non sono riuscito a dire neanche una parola,il dolce un budino di 2cm alla panna,la carne leggermente buona ma non eccellente,comunque il servizio ha messo 4 ore per consegnare 4 piatti,io lo sconsiglio se volete un ristorante dove si paga molto e si mangia male ecco che fa per voi..
