24/11/2025: I attended a tour of the brewery, and it was a turning point. I learned about production that's literally done on site—water, hops, grains, everything visible. Just look around and see the products that will be transformed into SERROCROCE beers, which, thanks to the owner and master brewer's expertise, perfectly capture the best of the raw materials. Fantastic beer, a welcoming, high-tech venue, and the enchanting, fairytale-like town of Monteverde. An experience not to be missed!

26/11/2025: Excellent food, and you can feel the love for cooking and attention to raw ingredients in the dishes. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommended!
