09/03/2024: Sunday lunch spent at Quagliarella's. Usual fixed menu, but with a choice of first and second courses. Different appetizers, cured meats, cheeses, beans and potatoes. The scialatielli and pork steak are good. To finish, ricotta and pear (the only disappointment and measly portion) and herbal bitters.

14/03/2024: Location carina. Staff gentile. Il cibo buono ma sul servizio ho qualche perplesssità. Premetto che non amo i ristoranti che non forniscono un menù non dando la possibilità al cliente di scegliere conoscendo magari anche il costo della portata. A pranzo di domenica. Appena seduti ci viene detto che l'antipasto è fisso ma che avremo libertà di scelta sulle altre portate. Antipasto freddo e caldo abbondante e molto buono. Dopo l'antipasto avremmo voluto prendere un primo ed un secondo ma.....ci viene sconsigliato perché le portate sarebbero uscite con tempi diversi... ergo prendiamo lo stessa pietanza, il maialino con miele di castagno, molto buono. Conto sicuramente superiore alla media ma in linea con quanto mangiato meno che col servizio. Insomma la sensazione finale è stata di aver mangiato bene ma di non aver scelto liberamente cosa mangiare.

13/03/2024: 4 stars for everything. The worthy cuisine, kindness and quiet environment that allows you to chat with friends without having to shout. The only note to make is that they recommended the house red as the first wine. very good, nothing to say, but it certainly did not enhance the dishes which due to their delicacy were covered by wine.

09/12/2023: The guy who is always at the register is extremely distracted because he doesn't listen to the customer and doesn't communicate the pizza orders correctly (you ask for a white devil and it arrives red, you ask not to cut the pizzas and instead they arrive punctually cut). If you then point it out to him he claims that it was not communicated to him! The first time it can happen but the second time it doesn't!!!

08/08/2023: It's not the digestible pizza it was before: undercooked crust, very thin and burnt base.
