31/01/2025: Already 6/7 years ago the "cannazze", accompanied by the meat with which the sauce was made, were already one of my and my colleagues' favorite dishes. A bowl of pasta for two and off you go! We left with a smile. Now, however, it seems impossible to succeed. About 4/5 times in the last year we have tried to call, to go there, but bad luck haunts us. We even made detours of 50/100 km to taste our favorite pasta but nothing! Or we found it closed. Or no one answered the phone. Or it was open but it was full and no one had answered the phone to tell us. I believe that a little more careful social and telephone management is needed given that looking at Google maps and the various social networks in the days in which we went there there was no news of the closure. Like a few Saturdays ago when, in addition to having driven an hour to get there, after finding it closed, we had to travel another 45 minutes to go to the only place that had free tables 35 km from there. Yet it takes 2 seconds to change a time on Google maps.

02/11/2024: Osteria intima con circa 30 coperti e collocata in una suggestiva grotta. Filomena accoglie i clienti in modo solare ed informale. Ottime le cannazze al ragout servite in una gigantesca zuppiera, briaciola (vrasciola) da applauso, e schietto l'aglianico del vulture (della casa). Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Prenotazione obbligatoria. Raccomandato!

02/12/2024: Esperienza negativa. Da non ripetere. Ci sono andato con un gruppo di 10 amici dopo aver prenotato. Nulla da dire sul primo, una buona cannazza al sugo di carne. Da dimenticare il secondo, per comodità abbiamo ordinato quasi tutti una tagliata, peraltro consigliata dal cameriere. Ci hanno servito pochi pezzettini di carne con rugola e qualche traccia di parmigiano. Assolutamente da mandare indietro..prezzo 15 euro per ogni piattino di tagliata. Due o tre piatti di patatine al forno e fritte divise per 11 porzioni per un totale di 32 euro. Il vino fortunatamente lo abbiamo portato noi. Giudizio finale molto negativo.

29/12/2024: Pizze presa da asporto, arrivate fredde ma non è questo il problema, pomodori secchi bruciati in cottura, prosciutto crudo andato a male, puzza di rancido, molta acqua sul fondo e burrata palesemente congelata e 4 pezzettini di salsiccia contati nemmeno uno per pezzo. Frittatine piene di olio.

02/12/2024: I honestly expected better given the reviews. Pizza TOO SALTY, masking the flavors of the products. Drinking all night. And 3 euros for a SMALL, TAKE-AWAY Coke you can't feel.

08/12/2024: I was looking for a typical pastry shop in the area, Google alerted me to this one, the staff were kind enough to recommend and let me prepare the typical things, very good, I wasn't able to take a complete photo of the tray 😅

15/10/2024: There is not only good espresso here, but also delicious snacks (sweet and savory). The service staff are friendly, attentive and on the ball. Definitely visit if you are in Calitri.
