26/08/2023: We were guests of the Gelsomino lido from 4 to 26 August, an unprecedented experience in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and kindness. It happened more than once that we found ourselves at lunch at the beach restaurant, always being satisfied with the excellent fish cuisine and the attention during service; The restaurant's flagship is certainly the pinsa that you can enjoy in the evening, a delicacy, unavailable elsewhere in the city, which surprised us with its taste, lightness and variety of condiments. Finally, a pleasant discovery is the excellent fresh ice cream that can be enjoyed at the lido bar, which over time has become an obligatory stop during sunny days on the beach.

24/03/2024: Sono stato 2 volte in una settimana e anche stasera ho degustato una eccellente pizza di alto e altro livello. L'ambiente è sempre molto pulito e accogliente. I ragazzi di sala sono molto gentili e professionali.

09/03/2024: Mai più in vita mia metterò piede in quanto bisogna mangiare in un'ora e 15 min. perché il tavolo allo scadere del tempo è prenotato, prezzi altissimi e posto stretto con tavolino che non entrano nemmeno le posate pizze di scarsa qualità poi vai a pagare e scambi le tue opinioni con Il proprietario e si intromette anche il pizzaiolo anche a rimproverarti perché dai il tuo parere negativa quindi uno deve pagare e stare zitto.

It is placed in the best possible context, that is, on the main street of Siderno, the Corso della Repubblica and Piazza Risorgimento with the famous Fountain of the Lions, one of the oldest and most beautiful squares on the Ionian coast of Reggio. Here you can eat the famous Pasta Sidernesi. Although many know them as gioiosane, it seems that they were born in Siderno, in the first half of the 20th century, thanks to a master pastry chef from Siderno who called them "pasta di forisi", that is, foreigners' (in the dialect spoken in Siderno). In any case, this pastry has become the symbol of central Locride and appreciated by many people. Anyone who comes to Siderno cannot fail to stop by Bar Aquila, sit down and taste the 'Siderno pasta'. 23/09/2023: I had the pleasure of eating almond pastries from this pastry shop. I love these desserts and a dear friend of mine on holiday decided to bring me this delicious souvenir. I have also eaten this dessert from the most famous Sicilian pastry shops but I must say that it has nothing to envy. I finally tasted mandarla pasta and not almond-flavored sugar. I hope to be able to taste your delights on site as soon as possible. Compliments!!!

11/09/2023: Good products, but terrible price and service, more than 20 minutes for an order. The staff seemed asleep, not even a smile, boo, it seems like it even bothered them.

16/12/2023: I have been to eat at Hewei Sushi several times and will continue to go there. The place is a somewhat anonymous room, without atmosphere, but clean and functional. The food is above average for all you can eat and the average price, without surprises, guarantees excellent value for money. I also used the takeaway service several times and again everything was excellent. If you like good sushi at an affordable price this restaurant is highly recommended.

19/02/2024: oh tentazione mia , poi poi... macazzi suoi se dici iooo, ma ti conoscono a tia ? cetriola il gelato è bono, yogorino è bono, i pasticcini sono boni, me ne fotto che n danno. oh che disgrazia, vengono i carabiniera a tia t attaccano.

30/12/2023: Excellent yoghurt and excellent ice cream, just a little expensive and with the cups with a raised and rounded bottom to contain less yoghurt and less ice cream which I would throw directly in the rubbish bin if I could. Otherwise recommended. The price of the normal cone has risen from 2.30 to 2.50 euros. I would add that some girls at the counter make you a laughable skimpy cone, others luckily are more generous and give you more ice cream. In short, the size of the cone is a kind of lottery. I confirm the review after a few months.
