They threw the coffee on my trousers without asking for an apology or even trying to repair the damage and making me pay for what I had consumed, excluding 40 cents for the unforeseen...between another offensive gesture...😱😱😱😱😱😱
11/08/2024: Easy access pastry bar. Excellent pastry and ice cream shop. Great assortment of large and small pastries and a nice place for an aperitif.

20/08/2024: I will start with the positive reviews of this restaurant.
The very pleasant welcome and the quite charming place. A large car park for easy parking until then everything is fine.
This then makes it worse. We ordered some antipasti, drinks, then the dishes. I'll keep it short: drinks not served, but no explanation given, an endless wait between each course and some not even served at all. We pointed this out to the servers but no commercial gesture was offered.
A service definitely worth reviewing.
A disappointing experience for us, which is a shame given the positive opinions we have heard and read.
19/08/2024: Staff not very qualified and not attentive to the needs of the customers, orders taken incorrectly, waiting for two hours and not even an apology. Too bad the service was terrible, on the other hand the food was bad. the kitchen and the pizza chef were excellent

10/01/2024: The bar is very nice and the pastries exceptional, but without a doubt the best was the coffee! At that time I was served by an Argentine barista, I think they called him Enrique, an attentive and dedicated boy. Without a doubt I would return for another macchiato!!
04/01/2024: I have never been to this pastry shop but I have tasted their pastries and their creams are truly exceptional. The cannoli are crunchy and crumbly, the strawberry tarts are delicious, even though they are not in season now. As soon as I'm in the area I'll definitely go there to try something else.

28/08/2024: Endroit magnifique, très propre personnel accueillant souriant très à l’écoute sont là pour satisfaire les clients et n’en parlons pas de la nourriture qui est juste délicieuse, nous avons passé une superbe semaine, prix très très très abordable.

25/08/2024: I was pleasantly surprised by this place.
The pizza was delicious, the dough phenomenal, and the service, if possible, even more so! Hospitable, kind waitress, made us feel really at home.
We also tried the dessert proposed by the cook, which confirms the quality of the place.
Furthermore, the place was very clean and well managed, if I could I would give it 10 stars.
We ate outside, where everything was well taken care of.
I highly recommend this place! I'll be back!
18/07/2024: Just finished dinner with two pizzas and a 66cc beer). The pizza is amazing. Unfortunately the service is the counterpart: "a chipped and sharp glass, a chipped plate, the tablecloth with a cigarette hole almost in the center (covered by a small table lamp), hair in the tablecloth and you paid one euro plus the beer because other beer is marked in the final bill (peroni gran reserve and not blue ribbon). If the service improves they have a product without equal.

23/07/2024: Excellent pizza, fixed appointment every Saturday with the strappita pizza. Gusto 4 Stagioni and Strappita are highly recommended!
Picked up and brought to the beach also for our San Lorenzo night

25/07/2024: I ate Italian pizza, it was served in good time and I liked it. The gentleman serving was very nice. It's hot in the place, but the advantage is that the place is open until late.
28/02/2024: Nice, good kebab but could be improved. The salad is not very good, the meat is good and the addition of chips is excellent.

24/08/2024: I don't usually comment but unfortunately this one deserves a lot, something happened to me tonight that borders on the incredible and the absurd but also the laws of human tolerance
This mediocre bar in Borgomanero only lets you sit at the table if you are willing to give them €4 minimum drink so:
if you have a 6 month old baby or are a teetotaler or cannot drink anything other than water for medical reasons, you because you sat in their place and take up space in which you should earn at least €4 for each seat (you have to forced to pay them)
in my opinion, as well as being embarrassing, it is terrible because if I can only drink one water (whether for health reasons or for economic problems) I have to pay for it what they would charge following a minimum drink of €4, i.e. €1.50 ....
This evening, among other things, I heard a waitress (I presume the bartender's companion) say to me:
of a little bar and I repeat: from Borgomanero
who thought he was instead in Corso Como or Porto Cervo with arrogance that:
"a coke €3 only at Esselunga" ... poor thing.
I repeat, I paid €4 for a "vaja" brand natural water, one of the least expensive on the market, €4 because in addition to the drinks of my 4 friends at €10 each, he was supposed to arrive at the end of the month (this is what I was told ) with my seat, and that they charge €5 for coca cola just because they are a company and at the end of the month they have to invoice... for food... that if they all took water or coffee they wouldn't live... like if it were possible... that if you occupy a seat you have to give him €4 (even without consuming) or rather you have to consume
a glass of water €4 to sit.
I repeat, €5 for a can of coke and €4 for still water for the "minimum consumption"

12/08/2024: After consuming (2 cocktails of €8 and €10 each), my son joined us and asked for a glass of water. But they pointed out to us that the obligatory and minimum drink is €4 and therefore he could not have been served only water. I then got another cocktail for myself and obviously water for my son (which in any case didn't reach the figure of €4...). In the meantime he served other customers (probably his friends) drinks that cost less than €4. After this fall in style, I will definitely not go back again and I don't recommend going there. There are several other places nearby as it is located in the centre.

21/08/2024: Experience to FORGET! ... Once again we found little seriousness and approximation in the management of the place. Booked table not found... First outside, then inside... We didn't understand... We sat down at 9.30 pm and no one came to bring menus or at least water... After almost three quarters of an hour we call to ask for water and menu... We also ask for the WiFi password and the waitress pretends to forget it, then asks someone else if there is WiFi, then doesn't know if there is WiFi... In short... crazy stuff ! In the meantime, after waiting almost an hour, we order... So to speak: there were no Ascoli olives, no breaded mozzarella, pizza with a stuffed edge... Not even... Other things... Not even . They tell us that they are checking what to leave on the menu or not. Meh! Let's order, finally... So to speak: another long wait for chips and some other nonsense while waiting for the pizzas. The pizzas? The pizzas will never arrive! It will be 11.35pm and we will still be there waiting. We complain and they tell us that "we are right", they tell us that they will do it right away... It's not true! We go and say that we don't want them anymore and... Miraculously, they tell us that they are already on the counter, ready to bake... But that's not true! We saw other pizzas on the counter, but not ours... We decide not to take them anymore, we ask for the bill and THEY GIVE US a bill of 64.00 euros for 4 rubbish and the red beer that they charge in gold to justify the salty bill... 2 portions of chips, a fried dumpling and strips of pizza dough... 3 beers, drinks in short... 64 euros... However, in the meantime, while we were waiting in vain at the table, other customers 'friends' of the various waiters or the owner... although they arrived after us, they are served, eat and leave... Stuff from science fiction films! We had already been to this place once: the first time! (this was the second time we entered. Mindful of the first we had avoided it, but we wanted to have the experience again). That was enough for us! Not recommended...Not recommended. You lose an entire evening, you poison your blood by looking at the various favoritisms that favor the 'chosen ones', that is, your friends... You don't eat, but... you pay... And a lot, too much! Furthermore, the guy at the checkout allowed himself to raise his voice when the right complaints were rightly made... He should have just apologized for the behavior of all of them.
P. S. Then we finally understood... Our table outside had been given to friends, obviously...

24/03/2024: Sono stata in questo locale con delle amiche, domenica a pranzo. Location molto bella, sulla spiaggia. Cibo di media qualità, costo medio. Servizio di bassa qualità. Ci siamo sedute alle 13.30 e abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per avere un solo primo (è arrivato alle 14.40). Gli altri due sono arrivati a distanza di mezz'ora dal primo. L'ultimo è arrivato a distanza di un'altra mezz'ora, quindi non abbiamo potuto mangiare tutti insieme. Servizio lentissimo!
