26/10/2025: We went to this place for the first time today... new, very welcoming and well-kept... very kind staff and above all excellent food... for my celiac son everything was excellent... in fact they prepared delicious potato croquettes for him on the spot... top desserts... highly recommended and we will be back soon

27/11/2025: Congratulations Nicola, besides having excellent fish, you have many menu options, one in particular for Saturday evening (where we would come) is the pizza menu for only 11.50, which includes fries, pizza, and a drink! Prices from days gone by! That no one else has anymore... Especially with a pizza as delicious as yours! Bravo again! We'll definitely be back!

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner was ridiculous. They put us on a mezzanine, isolated from everything and everyone. The party, the music, and everything else was below us, while everyone else ate while we waited for our dishes to arrive, which arrived cold. This is no way to treat customers. The service was poor, inattentive, and I had the feeling that every now and then they remembered we were there and popped in. This is an experience I absolutely won't repeat!

25/08/2025: The restaurant has a garden and a very nice atmosphere, but my experience was negative due to the wait, the very dry pizza, and forgetfulness in the kitchen and at the table. The price was good.

01/01/2026: Terrible service, they double-billed us, and if we hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have even told us. We ordered a toast and a piadina at 4 PM, and they arrived at 4:50 PM (and the piadina was also the wrong one), and while we were waiting for our food, they didn't even bring us anything to drink. I strongly advise against it.

03/01/2026: Good food, ruined by terrible service. All the dishes I ordered (appetizers, burgers, drinks) were good, although the burgers weren't cooked to the required doneness. Unfortunately, my evening was ruined when a beer was spilled on me, staining my shirt, bag, and cardigan, which were on the chair. When it was time to serve the beers, the waitress was bumped into by the chef (who, sitting behind me and chatting calmly with friends all evening, I assumed was the owner), resulting in the beer being thrown at me, staining the chair and my personal items. The waitress whose beer was unfortunately spilled by her colleague was very polite, attentive when taking orders, and the only one who proved capable of her job, compared to her colleagues. - The two runners behind me had a lot of downtime, and despite the situation, they showed neither interest in the incident nor did they clean up the mess, remaining stationary and unengaged for a long time in front of the kitchen. - The blonde bartender, when the waitress asked her to clean it with a mop, waved her off, expressing disinterest and unwillingness to help her colleague. This resulted in: - A wait of 1.5 hours from the time we sat down at the table until the sandwiches arrived; - A cleaning fee for my personal items (not offset by any discount, other than a few cents on the bill); - isolation for me, due to the fact that the wait for cleaning was at least 20 minutes, while I had moved to the other side of the table, and therefore away from the friends I was sitting next to; - a consequent cursory cleaning of the area where I was sitting; - a deterioration in the mood of everyone at the table. If I were the owner, I would spend more time training the staff, who demonstrate poor teamwork skills, as well as a lack of customer service. The chef/owner didn't apologize or care about the inconvenience caused to either a customer or the affected colleague, and didn't take action to improve the situation, despite hearing our negative comments throughout the evening. I would add that: - the menu is confusing; for example, some burgers indicate fries, others don't; - we requested four 8-piece sandwiches, split in half, but they were all delivered to us split; - A friend requested a change to his sandwich, which was not honored; - The women's restroom cannot be closed. Unfortunately, a dinner that would have been delicious was ruined by a lack of customer service; the only competent waitress was completely abandoned by her colleagues. The order errors were reported to the cashier, but not even the cashier apologized.

08/12/2025: I made a sandwich with a Black Angus burger, melted cheese and two other ingredients, medium rare. A sandwich arrived with a burger inside that wasn't frozen, moreover there was nothing melted, it was a slice of cheese placed on top of the burger that hadn't melted. I told the staff about this and they told me they would remake it for me, but at this point I didn't want it anymore. Moral of the story? The bill was paid full price without even any discount.

04/08/2025: The meat, it must be said, was truly excellent. But everything else left a bitter taste in my mouth—in every sense. IF YOU GO, ASK IN ADVANCE IF THE INGREDIENTS ARE PRESENT. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich that, according to the menu, should have included beef carpaccio, arugula, stracciatella, and mayonnaise. She specifically asked for only the mayonnaise to be removed, but instead found herself served a sandwich with only carpaccio and arugula, which was also very bitter. No trace of the stracciatella, which should have balanced the dish. We pointed out the mistake, and after a few minutes, the dish was returned exactly as it was, accompanied by a rather disarming explanation: "The stracciatella is out." No one bothered to communicate this beforehand, nor to offer an alternative—a simple mozzarella, for example, would have saved the dish and the service as well.

15/08/2025: A beautiful, simple place where you can enjoy an excellent granita, or an ice cream, or simply a beer, in a cool wooded area. Excellent service.

17/08/2025: My mom and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The quality of the products is unquestionable, truly excellent. But perhaps we came on the wrong day because the staff didn't follow our instructions. We made it clear, and repeatedly, that we don't eat spicy food. The platter featured spicy salami, and the bruschetta with milk burrata cheese had flakes of spicy nduja on top, along with spicy coppa pancetta. One of the jams was spicy. We mentioned it to the waitress, who said she was sorry; perhaps they hadn't taken our order properly. If someone is allergic, I can't imagine. I was expecting a nice discount at the end, since we left unsatisfied due to a serious oversight, but instead they only deducted one euro from the bill. It's a shame, we won't be back.

16/08/2025: We stopped at Numa Prodotti Tipici today for a quick but satisfying pit stop. The place is very well-kept, with tables both inside and out, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was kind and welcoming from the start. We chose truly amazing arancini, amazing battered caciocavallo skewers, a well-filled toasted sandwich, and a fresh salad, all accompanied by a craft beer and a glass of Cirò. What can I say... top-notch quality, generous portions, and authentic flavors! I'll be back very soon, because it's one of those places where the quality of the products stays with you.
