The atmosphere was both authentic and refined: tastings of their extraordinary oil, carefully prepared local aperitifs, and original cocktails made with olive oil and olive leaf infusions. A brilliant idea, simple yet impactful. The evening was made even more special by the live band, which accompanied the event with elegance and style without ever overpowering the magic of the venue. An important tip: it's best to book at least a week or two in advance. I'd been trying to attend for years, but every time I called too late and never found a seat! Ginevra proved herself not only to be an excellent organizer, but also courageous and visionary: a concrete example of young, female entrepreneurship that benefits our villages, giving new life and value to a heritage that must not be lost.
