11/06/2025: On Saturday 7th June, returning from Sicily to Rome, we asked IA for a place to have lunch. Being close to Altomonte, they recommended Zio Pierino. We called before leaving the motorway because we thought they had already closed the kitchen, but instead they waited for our arrival. A festive welcome and excellent hospitality. The tasty home cooking. It seemed like we had returned to the 70s. A must-visit when passing through Altomonte

08/06/2025: Great place for children and family, you eat well, friendly and kind staff, there are games for children and animals to play in, to spend a day with the family, it's ideal, I recommend it

06/06/2025: I was at a ceremony, the place was not suitable, we were placed at a table made up of three round tables, with people close together with their backs to each other, with the seats lower than the participants, the service brought the second course before we had eaten the first course and then it didn't come anymore (even though we pointed out to them that we were just starting to eat), the cuisine was not totally Miami-like.

28/06/2025: Pleasantly impressed by this intimate and original place, located inside a small cave, a refreshment on hot summer days, outside a small station delights the guest with a view of the square of an ancient church. The staff is very friendly and affable as well as competent and well organized. The dishes are a good combination of traditional innovation, the pasta they serve is all deliciously and expertly handmade, from appetizers to dessert, from the good wine that the place keeps very well, to the friendliness of the owner, I recommend visiting it and trying it to believe it. I spent a very pleasant lunch with a gem that I will never forget, they made it a birthday to remember ❤️ Thank you Osteria San Francesco. I really recommend it!

24/05/2025: Really delicious ice creams! Friendly owner, reasonable prices. Definitely recommended, in an excellent location on the most beautiful square in Altomonte. Souvenir shop right in front, also unmissable (handcrafted wooden postcards).

25/06/2025: Ultimo pranzo prima di rientrare dalla vacanza in Sicilia e Calabria. Location splendida con accoglienza e servizio di classe superiore. Abbiamo consumato una notevole quantità di antipasti tutti preparati con prodotti locali. Ottimo vino e buoni dolci. Prezzi assolutamente accettabili. Alla fine abbiamo visitato il loro negozio dove si possono acquistare tutti i loro prodotti. Consigliatissimo

03/06/2025: Non ci sono parole per descrivere la gentilezza, cordialità, stile e disponibilità dello staff del Ristorante Barbieri di cui siamo stati ospiti oggi! In una perfetta cornice dei Monti Silani, abbiamo degustato piatti eccellenti e di ottima qualità realizzati con una selezione attenta di prodotti tipici. Dagli antipasti ai primi per passare ai secondi e per finire ai dolci, la degustazione è stata una esplosione di sapori! Consiglio vivamente di passare un we in questa eccellente location godendo dei servizi della SPA in abbinamento ad una impareggiabile degustazione culinaria! Congratulazioni alla famiglia Barbieri che da 40 anni non si smentisce mai!
