Attentive and punctual service with trained and never intrusive staff
A big applause for the organizational ability of the owner who carefully manages and advises customers to satisfy other people's taste buds.
One of the strong points is the magnificent panorama that you can see if you are lucky enough to have lunch outside, under stone arches in the historic center.
A truly great experience, definitely worth trying again.
Reservation is recommended.

My mother and I stayed for 3 days in this fantastic farmhouse and we literally felt at home.
The staff is understanding, kind, thoughtful, welcoming.
The farm is surrounded by greenery, there are many beautiful animals (all well cared for) and the rooms are really nice.
I sincerely thank all the staff, specifically: Piera who managed our stay with such competence and professionalism, allowing me to study well for the competition; Salvatore who prepared and cooked some real 0 km delicacies for us (I loved the kiwis and all the organic fruit); the gentlemen parents who welcomed and supported me with so much affection, giving me courage.
We will definitely return, thank you very much for everything.

14/07/2024: Very welcoming place, suitable for children, who here have the opportunity to be in contact with nature. Typical cuisine with local products. We enjoyed the dessert with the homemade jam! All very good...

08/11/2024: A great restaurant with interesting local dishes. Beautifully decorated. The waiter was super nice and attentive. One star deducted because it was quite cold there and the heating was only turned on when other guests arrived.

24/11/2024: Typical and nice restaurant in the village of Rotondella, we found it by chance one Sunday for lunch during a motorbike ride.
Welcomed by the lady, wife of the owner and chef of the restaurant, we immediately felt welcomed into their home!!
Quiet little place with excellent and impeccable service, the lady very kind and attentive in her service, menu with typical dishes.
Excellent, delicious food, without too many waits even if there were other customers in the room.
We had a great appetizer, typical Rotondella calzone, two first courses of fresh grilled pasta with tomato and fried bread "more than generous portions"
After you have dessert!!
Let me start by saying that I don't like those made with ricotta, and I have to tell you... it was really delicious, a tart with ricotta and chocolate chips, homemade and mouth-watering!
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!! Even in summer, it will be even nicer since it has a nice little terrace!
At the end we also chatted with the owners and we felt even more at home!!
Well done, continue like this to distinguish yourself from other places that absolutely do not deserve any positive reviews!!

05/12/2024: Courtesy and kindness are the setting for a warm and familiar environment. Spotlessly clean apartments. The owners welcomed us with great warmth and were very careful to satisfy every request. The fantastic dinner, with refined dishes made with the highest quality products and cooked with mastery. Rich and genuine breakfast made with home-grown products. You can't help but taste the wine or honey they produce. We recommend stocking up if you have the chance. Fantastic weekend
27/10/2024: We went last weekend on an organized trip to enjoy the chestnut harvest and the routes in the Pollino. The property is very well kept, very clean and with all comforts
Note of merit to the restaurant and breakfasts. The products are all 0 km cooked with skill and authenticity. A gourmet farmhouse
The lady who served us was very kind, for breakfast she allowed us to take away some delicious cakes😋
Try the fruit juices made by them

28/08/2023: Posto rustico senza fronzoli. Ottimi i "pastizz" (specialità tipica locale, calzoni con carne) ed anche la pizza. Rocco e Teresa sono proprietari/lavoratori, lui è un "soggetto". La pizzeria al Casone è uno "SLOW-FOOD" a 360 gradi e se hai fretta non andare, ma se vuoi mangiare prodotti buoni sei obbligato a passarci una serata

Il Bosco Dei Sapori

03/10/2023: Dopo una bella scorazzata in moto con gli amici..cosa c'è di meglio di un bel pranzo immersi nel verde? Ed infatti era tutto verde come il campo di Holly e Benji, perché tra gli antipasti e il primo ci sono volute 3 puntate! (3 ore).
Gli antipasti, aceto a parte, erano buoni.
"Arrosto misto" del menù, altro non era che un po' di agnello e salsiccia.
Il primo piatto era bianco come la moto di un mio caro amico, nemmeno in ospedale lo servono così asciutto..c'è chi ancora sta aspettando il sugo!!!
La parte più bella è stata il conto, l'unica cosa veloce che abbiamo fatto appena arrivati.
Ci ritornerei solo per salutare il cameriere, le 2 stelle sono per lui per aver sopportato un gruppo di povere bestie affamate..
..e ovviamente tornerei per salutare i due maialini!
16/08/2023: Il bosco degli orrori....non è arrivato un piatto caldo,senza sapori ad un certo punto ci dicono LE BIRRE sono finite...ed era ferragosto
